Ezio Auditore: My name is Ezio Auditore da Firenze. It's been four years since my home Monteriggioni has been destroyed and my Uncle Mario has been killed by Cesare Borgia. Now I am arrived in Rome and eradicated the Borgia with the help my friends, my family, and my fellow Brotherhood of an Assassins. I am now willing to stop the Templars once and for all.
Ezio Auditore got some message from the Pigeon coop where it's from his trusted advisor, Niccolò di Bernardo dei Machiavelli. He told him that Templars is preparing to overthrown Queen Catalina or Catherine of Aragon who become a first wife of King Henry VIII. As Ezio arrived at the Spanish Cost and he's been help by the Spanish Assassins who he remember that he save the Spanish Brotherhood of Assassins. Ezio and his Assassins eliminated the remaining Borgia who guarded the area.
Ezio Auditore kills remaining soldier with his Roman Longsword and he sees the ship that Templars is. He use the Gondola to take him to the Templar ship as he board in and he swiftly killing the Templar Guards with his Hidden Blade and he entering the Captain office and he found a notes.
Ezio Auditore: Merda (Sh*t) The Templar is planning to kill the Queen at the Castille right now. I have to save her before the Templar does.
Ezio said and he rush out from the Templar Ship and head back to Navarre in hurry as he riding a horse to the Castille. As he arrived, he sees the Queen Catalina and it's her coronation day. Ezio used his eagle vision to sees the Templars and he spotted them who enter the Castille with the Queen. Ezio climbing the Castille wall and he looked his left and right make sure the cost is clear as he entering the Throne room without been spotted.

As Ezio entered the Throne room. He sees Queen Catalina who walking to the throne while he keeps an eye on the Templars and he can sees the chest that they carried for her. As Ezio approached them carefully and the Queen order the men to open the chest as they opening the chest for her. The Templar immediately grabbing the strange artifact and prepare to kill Queen Catalina.
