Nico
Bianca was pacing as the time drew near Conner, showing up.
I tried reassuring her, but she seemed to get more scared every passing minute.
I glance at Will, and he gives a sad smile, not sure what to do.
There was a knock on the door, and she jumped and looked at the door
I get up and go to the door and open it.
Standing, there was a 6-foot lean muscular guy with curly brown hair and brown eyes and freckles on his face. I'm looking about in his early mid-20s.
"Nico, right? I've seen pictures. Where's Bia?" He asks anxiously.
I smile and step out of the way, and he comes in . As soon as his eyes land on Bianca, he rushes over and engulfs her in his arms, picking her up
"Oh mio Dio, sei vivo! Sei vivo!" He says in Italian
(Oh my god, you're alive! You're alive!)
With his accent, I can tell Italian isn't his first language, but he spoke it well, so you can tell he used it a lot being stationed in Italy.
Bia broke down crying in his arms, and he held her, kissing her head over and over
"I'm so sorry I tried to get away. I tried so hard." She whispers, and he brushes her tears away
"What happened, Mia Amore?" He asks, and she takes a breath
"Octavian broke into our house two days after you left. Forced me to quit my job and move in with him. Wanted me to play this housewife. I could have fought him off, but...things were at stake..." She whispers, and he looks confused
"You were a top detective. Amazing in hand to hand combat even with weapons. What was at stake?" He asks, and she moves her jacket, revealing her small bump
"Our baby.." She says tears forming, and he froze for a minute and stares at her belly
"O-our? B...baby? We have a baby?" He asks as a tear falls down his face, but a small smile tugging his lips
"Yes. I found out that day, I wanted to protect our child." She says, and he dives in and pulls her into a big kiss.
"My warrior woman I love you so fucking much, you are the strongest woman I ever met. You are going to be an amazing mother." He says and I smile and look at Will who looked emotional
Now this. Is the man that's perfect for my sister. He is being genuine.
"You're going to be an amazing father, gods I missed you." She whispers and he kisses her then gets down and kisses her belly
"Do you know what we're having?" He asks and she shakes her head
"We were going to go to the doctors today. I haven't done anything because of Octavian." She whispers and he looks pissed
"Where is the bastard anyway?" He asks and Will speaks up
"Getting deported. Bianca is a dual citizen is what Hades said and apparently Nico is too? But anyways they can stay no matter what but Octavian is not so after Nico beat the living shit out of him Hades turned him into the police for trespassing and physical confrontation and they're deporting him back to Italy." He says, and I looked at Will, not knowing all that
"I was actually going to ask if you wanted to go back to Italy?" Conner asks and Bia shook her head
"Not with him there... maybe in the future, but not now." She says, and he nods and kisses her head
