"Let me show you the guest bedroom."

Jungkook smiled at Yoongi before they followed their realtor around the apartment, Jungkook tried his best to focus, but his mind was somewhere else and Yoongi took notice.

"I'll let you two check things out for yourselves, I'll be in the kitchen." She said.

"Thank you." Yoongi said as she walked out of the master bedroom.

Yoongi started to walk around before he looked over at Jungkook who was staring at the windows.

"Baby? Are you okay? You seem kind of out of it." He said.

Jungkook looked over at him. "I'm fine. Just work stuff." He said before he smiled and walked over to Yoongi.

"Did you pay attention at all?" Yoongi asked.

"Uh... no not really." Jungkook admitted, smiling sheepishly at his boyfriend as Yoongi rolled his eyes.

"Babe!"

"I know, I know... but it doesn't matter what I think k, you pick the place." He said as he pulled Yoongi close.

"What if you don't like the one I pick?" Yoongi asked.

Jungkook smiled and shrugged. "I don't care where we live, as long as I get to be with you, I'll be beyond happy." He said.

Yoongi smiled as he wrapped his arms around Jungkook's neck and hugged him tight. "I love you." He said before he pulled back a bit and kissed him a couple times.

"So, is this the place?" Jungkook asked.

"I love it, but it's very big for us and very expensive—"

"Don't worry about that, is this where you want to start our life together?" Jungkook asked as he turned Yoongi around and held him around his waist as they looked at the spacious bedroom.

"Yes..." Yoongi said, giggling as Jungkook kissed on his cheek.

"Okay, let's go sign those papers." He said before he took Yoongi's hand away and dragged him into the kitchen.

"So what do you think? Love it or should we go look at this next space I found?" She asked.

"We'll take it." Jungkook said, smiling as he looked at Yoongi.

"Oh perfect! Let's head back to my office and sign those papers!"

Yoongi smiled as he signed the last paper after Jungkook. "Alright! We'll get everything checked out and finalized and I will call you both when it's time to pick up your keys to your new home!" Their realtor said before she stood up and they all bowed and said their goodbyes.

"Should we celebrate with dinner? At a nice restaurant... wherever you want to go." Jungkook said.

Yoongi smiled and looked Jungkook over. "We should just have dinner at your place, I've barely been over there since you always just come over to mine after work." He said as Jungkook opened the door for him.

"Uh... sure, of course." Jungkook said with a smile. Yoongi kissed him before he got in.

Jungkook walked around, this mind racing a mile a minute, going over the layout of his apartment the last time he saw it.

Was all the evidence of his last kill gone?

Jungkook took a deep breath, trying to shake off the creeping anxiety as he slid into the driver's seat. The sun was setting, casting a warm orange glow through the windshield, but all he could focus on was the nagging feeling in his gut. He glanced at Yoongi, who was scrolling through his phone, blissfully unaware of the turmoil brewing within Jungkook.
