Now let the story begin.

While standing in the kitchen going over a mental list of her duties as the Ultimate Maid, Kirumi doesn't notice her boyfriend [Y/N] walking up to her.

[Y/N] : Hey babe!

Startled slightly, Kirumi quickly relaxes before smiling softly at her boyfriend.

Kirumi : Oh! Hello dear. Forgive me, I didn't hear you come in. Did you need something?

[Y/N] : Nope, I was just checking in on you Kirumi.

After hearing this, Kirumi's smile proceeds to widen ever so slightly.

He always makes sure to check on me once in a while as I'm working. It's very sweet, albeit unnecessary.

Kirumi : I see. Thank you [Y/N]. Now, I hope this doesn't come off as rude dear, but I must get started on doing the dishes. After I'm finished, there's still much I need to do.

She tells her boyfriend as he frowns in response.

That's what you always say Kirumi. You do so much for everyone here, myself included, and I hate seeing you do all that work by yourself.

[Y/N] : Well if you'd like some help I'd be more than happy to-

Before he could finish speaking, his girlfriend cuts him off.

Kirumi : [Y/N], we've been through this multiple times before. I am perfectly capable of getting everything done by myself. I am a maid after all.

She tells him with a hint of annoyance in her voice as [Y/N] sighs.

I should've known that was gonna be her answer, but I refuse to give up!

[Y/N] : And here I thought I was the stubborn one in the relationship.

He mutters under his breath, but Kirumi manages to hear him.

Kirumi : I am not stubborn [Y/N]. As the Ultimate Maid, it's my job to get things done and fulfill the requests of my peers. While I appreciate your desire to help me, I know what I'm doing.

She says to her boyfriend before finally getting started on cleaning the dishes.

[Y/N] : Why are you so apprehensive about me helping you out Kirumi?

Putting aside the dish she was scrubbing, the Ultimate Maid turns to face [Y/N] with an unreadable expression.

Kirumi : Why are you so insistent on lending me a helping hand [Y/N]?

[Y/N] : Because I love you Kirumi, and I really don't like seeing you work so hard all the time. Babe, I understand that you take your role as the Ultimate Maid super seriously, but there's nothing wrong with receiving a little help every now and then. Besides, I'm your boyfriend babe, and it just doesn't sit well with me to stand idly by as you do everything all on your own.

I.....I had no idea he felt so strongly about this....

Kirumi thinks to herself as she can't help but feel touched by her boyfriend's words, but decides to protest anyway out of habit.

Kirumi : Dear, I-

[Y/N] : Nope. You interrupted me earlier, so now it's my turn. Whatever you were gonna say, just know that no matter how many times you reject my offer to assist you, I will continue to ask you again and again until you eventually relent and allow me to lend you a helping hand. Please Kirumi, let me lighten your workload.

He pleads as Kirumi lets all of his words sink in while silently pondering over what her answer to him should be.

Maybe I should finally let [Y/N] help me with my duties? While I'm still hesitant to let someone else do what is ultimately my responsibility, there's no one else I would rather have working alongside me than him. Plus, I'm afraid if I say no, his constant insistence would eventually put a strain on our relationship, and I refuse to let that happen.

After a few more seconds of deliberation, Kirumi shakes her head while looking at her boyfriend with a small smile.

Kirumi : Alright [Y/N], I've decided to share my workload with you.

[Y/N] : Really?!

Kirumi : Yes. Just be sure to follow my instructions on how certain things need to be done.

[Y/N] : That's fair. From here on out, consider me the Ultimate Butler!

He says while doing a goofy bow, making his girlfriend chuckle.

Perhaps this won't be so bad? After all, the two of us working together will allow me to spend more time with [Y/N], which is something I've always been worried about since we got together, but now it might not be an issue.

[Y/N] : So, what's first on our agenda babe?

He asks her, still extremely happy that his girlfriend is letting him help her.

Kirumi : These dishes. After that will be cleaning the entire kitchen, vacuuming the hallway, and then we will go around the dorms asking all of our classmates if they need anything done, and even then there's still more that we have to do. So, after hearing all this, are you sure you still want to help me with my maid duties [Y/N]? I won't hold it against you if you don't.

[Y/N] : I'll admit, that is a ton of stuff and is a bit overwhelming, but I figure that if you can do all that on a daily basis, I can too, especially since we'll be sharing the work.

Slightly surprised by his response, Kirumi smiles and gives her boyfriend a kiss on the cheek.

Kirumi : Thank you dear. I love you greatly.

[Y/N] : I love you too Kirumi.

He returns her smile as the two share another kiss before getting to work on the dishes, Kirumi gradually becoming more and more comfortable with [Y/N] lending her a helping hand.
