Y/N L/N was always a believer in the impossible, but he never suspected he would become the impossible. When a fateful lightning strike gives Y/N the power to move at super fast speeds, he must learn to step up as a hero against similarly affected p...
The team weas currently standing inside the crystalline Fortress of Solitude. Batman held onto Brainiac with a firm grip. The robotic genius was restrained with metal cuffs placed over his hands.
Superman stood by one of the crystal panels situated around his fortress. Pressing on a glowing tube, a crystal shot out of a separate one like a bank's air tube.
The team had agreed that the best thing to do with Brainiac would be to trap him in the Phantom Zone. Superman finished the calibrations needed and held onto the crystal in his hand. He walked back to the others with the green alien eyeing him.
Brainiac: No prison you conjure up can hold me. I will be back to finish what I started.
Bruce: And we'll be ready.
Clark walked over to a section of the wall and placed the crystal inside of a small slit. The others stepped back as a beam of light shined down onto Brainiac, trapping him in a force field.
Slowly, a hole in the ceiling opened up. Brainiac looked up and, for once, showed genuine fear. Something was approaching, something he did not like.
A floating, reflective pane of glass flew down from the heavens. It passed into the fortress and approached Brainiac. The green conqueror screamed and hollered as the glass appeared to warp around him. Everything starting to spin as he was sucked into the pane.

When it was over, Brainiac looked as if he were trapped inside the pane of glass. Darkness surrounded him with the glass window of his prison being his only source of light. The mad tyrant beat ineffectively against the pane of glass as it floated back outside. It soon carried the still screaming Brainiac far into the outer reaches of space.
Y/N: So, there's now way he can come back, right? That thing's sturdy enough?
Clark: The Phantom Zone was designed to be a near perfect prison. It's by no means indestructible, but...
Bruce: It'll do for now.
Clark: Any word on the other cities?
Victor: I put the ship on autopilot. It should be floating around now, going back on its previous course and returning the cities and planets to their rightful homes. I can contact it from here if need be.
After watching the floating glass leave, all four turned around to leave.
Y/N: You know, this was pretty nice, all things considered. I wouldn't mind working with you guys again.
Clark: Yeah, it was pretty neat. Glad that others have stepped up to protect the world in my absence.
Y/N: It has been my pleasure.
Bruce: The world isn't safe yet. There are still many dangerous threats looming out there. It'll need us to combat them.
