My eyes felt heavy like they're glued together. What a weird dream it was. Me getting abducted and getting married to someone. It was soo scary. But thank god it was just a dream. If this happens for real... I'll have a heartattack.
I yawned and rubbed my eyes off the tiredness. That was such a good nap, a scary dream but still. I opened my eyes but i wasn't met with my poloroid wall. Instead there's the monster man in my dreams sitting in front of me. I woke fully and turned around, I'm in what looked like...an air plane?!
No, no no! This can't be happening for real!
I blinked my eyes but the sight didn't change.
Who am I kidding? From the moment I saw this guy nothing good is ever happening to me.
The monster sat infront of me looking outside. He's still put together and that irked me. He just got married but nothing anywhere. Not even a small crease on his face like he does this very often.
"You're awake finally." He said, still not looking at me. Yes, he shouldn't look at people like me in the eye while talking.
"What am I doing here?" I asked.
"We're going home."
"Home?"
"Yes."
"And where is home?"
"New York. Anymore questions?" He snapped, this time eyeing me dead in my eyes, completely annoyed.
I huffed and turned away from him. I'm not allowed to ask anything. I just have to sit quietly if i shouldn't annoy him.
I sighed and leaned onto the side of my seat. The afternoon sun casting a soft glow on the clouds, making them seem like golden illuminated wool in the sky. Such a beautiful sight. But it only carried my pain of leaving my aunt and uncle behind. They would be very worried by now. Moving around and searching for me everywhere. I have no idea how to tell them that i got married. I don't even know if i have to tell them and I don't know how to face them once this is over. Forget all that when I don't even know if I can walk out of his clutches alive, but when i do...they won't be soo hapoy to see me finally. They'd demand answers. Which i probably couldn't give but having them show me sympathy is better than letting Eve face all this.
But things will fall back. I'll have my peaceful life back.
"I've never seen anyone faint when they're kissed."
What's he talking about? Oh yes! my graceful fall to the ground saving me from having him kiss me. In a way me fainting then was of some use. The best thing that happened in all this disaster.
"When you're married to a strange man and have him kiss you. Anyone would faint."
He huffed and looked down at me with a lopsided grin. Yes, he'd be playful when it comes to something like this, not for anything sensible like a normal human being.
"Women die to have me kiss them."
"Pity that I'm not in that list, isn't it?"
His grin fell. "You think soo highly of yourself to be in that list but trust me, Rosaline. If I'm not to act like your husband I'd never spare another glance your way."
I chuckled. "Good for me."
He didn't get up from his seat nor say something even more rude to me. Just sat back on his seat and smiled. "Good for you? Yes it is, but you'd faint straight into my arms to have me carry you the first chance you get. The same you who doesn't want to be in that list."
I made him carry me? To think of his filthy hands carry me is enough to make me want to throw up and why wouldn't I?
I had a panic attact and he is using that to show that I'm interested in him. Such an inhuman person. How could he think that way? Forget treating me with respect when all he did was force me and now he thinks I did that to gain attention.
