Zeoticus- aahhhh headmaster what a pleasant surprise.

Ozpin- director zeoticus a pleasure to meet you.

Zeoticus- i do apologize that you can't reach me headmaster i am busy for taking my clan anf dealong with the phenex clan.

Ozpin- i understand director. Doing 2 jobs at a time is very difficult task.

Zeoticus- i know and i heard your plan of your development project. My son told me ypur plan and i am impress. Your reports is indeed admirable headmaster. And its true a lot of children in kuoh posses talents in arts and many more. And may i ask why did you close the kendo club??

Ozpin- those children use violence to put a fellow student in their place as we know either they use woodem sword or real sword it would be considered a deadly weapon. They should not use any kind of tool to hurt anyone. A swordsman should be discipline at all cost. They should not use their skills to hurt someone. The student should file a complaint demand to any faculty member or evdn th student council or they shoul directly go to my office for actions.

Zeoticus- and what happen to those students??

Ozpin- i transfer the 2 peeping toms to either boys school or military camp to discipline them for their repeat offence for peeping the kendo girls. As for the girls i only susoend niss katase for 3 weeks for assulting mr arc. Miss katase assult mr arc while he was soundly sleeping on the same spot where the 2 used to peep.

Zeoticus- did miss katase try to ask mr arc why he peep on them or atleast did he really peep on him??

Ozpin- no she just bluntly attack and beat him without any question. So i decide to suspend her. And i advice that she would take a psychological test because i notice she has a mental problem. The reason for this is to measure if she is still qualified to continue study or not. Because she is hell bent in seeking justice for girls and hates boys in the academy and she often takes matters into her own hands bypassing the faculty. If we open a martial arts school probably miss katase will join she needs to be 100% clear and discipline enough..

Zeoticus- very true. By the way headmaster ibheard from my son and my daughter you are from another world and use to be a headmaster of a certain academy.

Ozpin- yes i do director..i used to be a headmaster and operates a combat school full of students armed with real weapon. Now i am a retired headmaster if that academy because i want to spend my time to my family..and travel diffirent world.

Ozpin- ohh its nothing..i love my current job as a headmaster of kuoh. The childrens here are discipline enough amd enjoy their time as what they are now...plus its my passion to help another school that has potential growth..i am an educator anyway..
