I don't have blemishes and dark spots but I have soft freckles that fade and go away from time to time. I have sensitive skin too. My face will blush if exposed to sunlight for a long time. My eyelashes are long and thick, my eyebrows are dark but not too thick, I have a small narrow nose and heart-shaped lips. My hazel eyes are surrounded with blue fleeks.
