Bryan, a 23 year old on the verge of homelessness, finally lands a job as a secretary. Desperate for a job, he doesn't read his contract and quickly finds himself forced to be someone he's not.
Bryan sat in Laura's office, the dim lighting casting a soft glow around the room. He fidgeted slightly, nervous about what Laura wanted to discuss. She looked at him with a mixture of pride and something else he couldn't quite place.
"Bella, I want to thank you for your exceptional work during the Miami trip," Laura began, her tone formal yet warm. "You exceeded my expectations, and I am thoroughly impressed by your dedication and adaptability."
Bryan blushed, feeling a swell of pride at her words. "Thank you, Laura. I'm glad I could help."
Laura smiled, leaning back in her chair. "I promised you a reward, and I assure you, it's something that will change your life. I've taken the liberty to initiate the legal process to change your name and gender. I will also organize and cover the costs for your gender-affirming surgeries."
Bryan's heart skipped a beat. "You... you what?" he stammered, his mind racing. He had hoped for a monetary bonus, something that would give him a way out of this charade.
Laura's expression remained calm but firm. "I see the potential in you, Bella. You have an incredible opportunity with Tom. He's infatuated with you, and that can work to our advantage. I've pushed you because I believe you're capable of so much more."
Bryan felt a wave of panic and confusion. "But... I thought the reward would be money. Something that could help me move on from this... from being Bella."
Laura's eyes narrowed slightly. "Is that really what you want? To go back to being Bryan, struggling to make ends meet? You've thrived as Bella. You have a chance at a life most people only dream of. Don't throw it all away."
Bryan felt the weight of her words. The idea of disappointing Laura hit him hard. He had worked so hard to gain her approval, and now she was offering him a future he hadn't considered. "I... I need time to think about this."
Laura nodded, her gaze softening. "Of course. Take the weekend to think it over. But remember, Bella, I believe in you. I know you'll make the right decision."
Bryan nodded, feeling a lump in his throat. "Thank you, Laura."
As he left her office and headed home, Bryan's mind was in turmoil. When he arrived at his apartment, he found several packages waiting at his door, addressed to "My beautiful assistant." He knew instantly they were from Tom. He carried them inside and opened them, revealing elegant but short dresses. It was clear Tom had a specific image in mind for him.
Bryan laid the dresses out on his bed, each one more beautiful and feminine than the last. He sat down and stared at them, feeling the weight of his future pressing down on him.

He thought about his life as Bryan—lonely, struggling, and filled with uncertainty. As Bella, he had experienced a sense of purpose, a confidence he had never known before. But deep down, he knew that wasn't truly who he was.
He thought about the opportunities ahead, the life of luxury and comfort that awaited him if he continued down this path. He pictured himself by a private pool, enjoying gourmet meals, traveling on a yacht. It was tempting, incredibly so. But at what cost?
The idea of becoming Tom's assistant, of seducing him and possibly even marrying him, filled him with a mix of excitement and dread. It wasn't who he was, but it could be a life free from the struggles he had known. Bryan lay back on his bed, staring at the ceiling, feeling utterly lost.
