Fitz waved as his family left the house to go visit a family friend while Fitz selflessly had volunteered to stay behind and watch the house.

Now that he was all alone, this was his chance to ask Chandi out. He closed his eyes and let the flutters of his heart carry him up to the chandelier and plant a kiss on the cool crystal.

Fitz nervously entangled himself further into the beautiful gems as he anxiously whispered, "Chandi, you are the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. I don't care that you aren't an elf, I don't care if it's forbidden love. Will you be... my girlfriend?"

The way Chandi's jewels caught in the light and swayed whispered a dazzling, yes

The two stayed levitating up and embraced. And Fitz wanted it to last forever.

He had lost track of time and his eyes fluttered open as he heard Biana's voice.

"Fitz? Where are you? Something hilarious happened...."

Fitz started struggling out of the chandelier but not in time before Biana and Della made their way into the living room.

Della immediately burst out laughing while Biana stood there speechless, silent tears running down her cheeks as a big smirk spread across her face, the way Keefe looked whenever he pranked someone.

"You... got... caught... up.... there... again?" Della breathed, in between laughs.

Fitz felt his face redden as he mumbled an excuse. "W-well I saw a stain and I wanted to... c-clean i-it so I levitated up h-here.."

Della clutched her knees to catch her breath Biana finally broke and collapsed in a fit of giggles.

"It was a.. m-mistake.." Fitz lied, mumbling as he broke free and shot down, landing on his butt.

Della, who had been trying to steady her daughter, starting shaking uncontrollably with laughter and piled on top of Biana. They both lay on the floor crying with giggle.

Fitz silently apologized to Chandi as he said, "Okay, I am not touching that thing again," and proceeded collapse with forced, weary laughter with his family.

        It felt wrong.
