After that day, the assassination wasn't stopped, it's crazy enough how determined they are to eliminate one person. Even before Muzan and Yuki could have a meal, Muzan needed to test both of their foods in case they put in the poison, and it did content them once before.
"Is there something happening without me knowing?", Yuki asks as they're currently in Muzan's room. Muzan silently watches his fiancée sharpen the katana sword that was gifted to her by him, and he then answers.
"Don't worry. It's nothing bad as you think.", Muzan reassured.
"Please restrain yourself from doing anything that might hurt you.", worried Yuki. Muzan smiled slightly as he rubbed her cheek and gave a small kiss on her forehead.
'Instead of me, someone else should be worried about themselves...', he thought as he didn't speak and just gave her a reassuring smile.

The night was dark and quiet and a woman sat in the middle of her room, sharpening her katana like usual. There was a feeling of loneliness in the air, but also a sense of serenity and peace.
But then a sound startled her, making her turn toward the engawa from her slide door.
"Muzan-sama, if you want to scare me, it's not funny.", she chuckled softly. A silent cold wind blew before Yuki's expression from soft turns cold immediately as she held her katana.
"Who's there?", her voice shifted coldly, realizing that the unwelcome figure wasn't her fiancé.
Silent came again to fill the room, no answer but Yuki was on full guard with her katana in her hand, ready to strike any moment if she was being attacked.

Shocked by the unexpected ambush from behind through the other door, Yuki immediately draws out her katana.
