Y/N L/N was always a believer in the impossible, but he never suspected he would become the impossible. When a fateful lightning strike gives Y/N the power to move at super fast speeds, he must learn to step up as a hero against similarly affected p...
A red streak raced across Central City. The Flash had just finished stopping another meta-human outside of City Hall. This particular criminal had proved quite an oddity to fight. They had been reported as armed and dangerous, and worse, toying with people's emotions.
Y/N ran back into S.T.A.R. Labs and stopped at the doorway into the cortex room. The others looked up to see him enter. Caitlin had her back turned to him, having helped direct him at the computer station. She noticed he had entered slightly more quickly than his usual entering speed. What she found even odder was the look on her coworkers who were currently staring at the man in red.
Caitlin slowly turned around in her chair to see her boyfriend behind her. He had taken his hat off, holding it in his hand. His goggles hung loosely from his neck. He just stood there, a large smile plastered over his face.

Caitlin: Y/N, you alright?
He nodded, keeping his smile and wide eyes.
Y/N: Uh huh.
Cisco: Did you catch her? Did you catch Euphoria?
Y/N: Uh huh.
He nodded again, his face never breaking its expression. He looked like a kid in a candy store. The others looked at him oddly.
Caitlin: Y/N, did she by any chance use her powers on you before you caught her?
Y/N: Uh huh.
Caitlin: And so you would now be stuck in a constant state of euphoria for the next hour or two?
Y/N: Uh huh.
He kept nodding his head. The others all continued staring at the doped up speedster.
Cisco: You sure you're alright, man?
Y/N turned his eyes, focusing on something else. Caitlin realized he was staring at her. She could see the look on his face, knowing he was up to something.
Caitlin: Y/N?
Before anything else could be said, Y/N grabbed Caitlin and drug her out to the center of the room. He took her hands in his and started dancing, swaying back and forth. Caitlin was caught off guard by his sudden gesture. She was even more surprised when he started singing a song that had been stuck in his head.
Y/N:
Never made it as a wise man I couldn't cut it as a poor man stealing Tired of living like a blind man I'm sick of sight without a sense of feeling
Caitlin continued to swing with him, unsure as to what to do. She giggled as she tried to fight against his insistence that the two of them dance together. Y/N took her by the hand and twirled her around.
