Jhanvi

I opened my eyes slowly, looking up. My head is hurting like crazy. I let out a groan trying to see perfectly, my breaths slow. I moved my head back and forth from the pain, while it was getting hard to breathe.

I blinked a few times before I finally saw, a few men stood in front of me talking. I tried moving my hands before realizing I was tied. I looked next to me seeing Amaya in the same state, my mind racing. I looked around. Did we get kidnapped, obviously we did, but why am I not feeling scared? I should be panicking right now, but I feel another type of level of safety right now. I tried whispering to Amaya to wake her up but words were stuck in my throat, no matter how hard I tried they didn't come out. I let out a deep breath looking in front of me again.

"Ma'am uth gayi" a voice said, making me look at the man. He walked towards us stopping a few inches away. I scanned him up and down, seeing his face clearly. I stayed quiet not wanting to talk to him. I don't know this guy, and I know we never did anything bad to anyone to be getting kidnapped.

"We won't harm you, we only have some things to sort out with your husband" the guy said, adding up pieces. I stayed quiet. What things? He's a lawyer, not involved in anything illegal or dangerous stuff like these. I glanced at the other guys, my eyes widened, as I recognized one of them. He's the same guy that's with my dad, he's one of his bodyguards isn't he? No jhanvi, why would he be here. The guy could only be here only if my dad planned this, but why would he? It's not that jhanvi, it's not your dad, it's someone else but who? I mean he clearly doesn't care about me, I've cut ties with him, so he wouldn't have done this right?

"Appko sahil ji se kya kaam hai?" I asked looking back at the guy that was in front of me. He let out a laugh backing away. I glanced over at the other guy once again, scanning him clearly this time, the same exact guy. My dad did this? No why would he, he doesn't care about anything, but then why is this guy here. I don't even want to think, my head is spinning too much.

"Soja, zyada sawal mat puch" the guy said while I tried to keep my eyes open. My eyes feel too heavy, what was in the spray? I took another deep breath trying to fight off whatever was happening to me.

"Nahi, mujhe sahil ji se baat karni hai" I said as Amaya stirred next to me, groaning and pushing her head backward. I looked at her before turning my gaze back at the guy, my hair falling on my face as I tried to move the chair.

"Bas–" He started, but I cut him off.

"Mera phone– mujhe sahil ji se baat karni hai" I repeated, louder this time, trying to get my hands out of the ropes. I struggled against them, my body feeling weak. It feels like I've taken something, my body is almost feeling like I don't have a body.

"My head–" Amaya groaned. I glared at the guy.

"Give me my phone" I demanded, my voice firmer.

"Mai–" He started again, but I cut him off again.

"Mujhe sahil ji se baat karni hai!" I yelled. My eyes were wide open now. My body is starting to pain, and my head, is feeling heavier by the second.

"Ye–" He tried again, but I cut him off again.

"Mujhe sahil ji se–" I began, but the man screamed in frustration.

"KYA SAHIL JI SAHIL JI LAGA RAKHA HAI, USKO TO HUM BATAYENGE–" he shouted, but stopped abruptly.

"Who the fuck dared to touch my wife" a voice thundered, before my eyes started to close again. I tried keeping them open but they wouldn't. I tried to process the voice but my mind was too foggy. The guys started running where someone stood with a gun. I tried staying conscious, but my mind couldn't, I tried to see the guy who was standing at the gate with all my might but I couldn't, my eyes wouldn't let me.
