Chapter twenty- But I want to spend time with you

Hollykit stretched as the sun came in to the nursery, she yawned and stepped out of the nursery the morning breeze blowing on her fur. Hollykit walked down the slope and ran to the fresh-kill pile and grabbing herself a mouse, just then Heatherkit walked up and grabbed a squirrel "oh good morning Heatherkit" Hollykit squeaked at her denmate "good morning" Heatherkit mewed "how are you?" Hollykit questioned, she saw Heatherkit face get annoyed "Yeah, what about you..." Heatherkit mewed sarcastically "Great!" Hollykit meowed before swallow her mouse and ran off.

Heatherkit watched Hollykit run off "Starclan she's annoying" she said chewing the squirrel "who?" BreezePaw mewed walking up to her, Heatherkit face get very red "oh Hollykit she's kind of annoying" She said trying not to sound rude "Well she's just very social, that unique" BreezePaw mewed chuckling looking at Hollykit who was playing with Lionkit and Jaykit "yeah but she can calm down sometimes" Heatherkit mewed looking at BreezePaw "I guess so, well I have to go" BreezePaw said walking away, 'he is so dreamy' Heatherkit thought sure he was 2 moons older than her but she was madly in love with him, she stood up and walked away.

Jaykit grabbed some of the moss that fell "Jaykit what are you doing?" BarkFace meowed walking in "hm? Oh I'm organizing your herbs, they were on the floor and some were disorganized so I fixed it" Jaykit mewed holding his tail up high "oh thank you" BarkFace said a shocked look on his face "Yeah and I saw that some of your poppies were rotten so I throw them away" Jaykit mewed proudly "oh um thank you" BarkFace meowed awkward. Jaykit ran out of the medicine den as he did he saw BreezePaw cleaning himself BreezePaw hasn't played with me today so I'll ask if he wants to! Jaykit thought trotting up to BreezePaw " Hey BreezePaw can we play tag" He asked hoping for a yes "oh sorry Jaykit but me and Whitetail are going hunting sorry" BreezePaw mewed before walking over to Whitetail "oh.....ok" Jaykit mewed softly his ears going down, he was upset maybe he'll play with me later Jaykit thought walking off to play with Lionkit and Hollykit "Hey Jaykit, do you want to to play fox!" Lionkit mewled very excited, Jaykit looked back at BreezePaw who was talking with Heatherkit "no thanks" Jaykit said walking into the nursery.

Lionkit watched as Jaykit walked off he looked where Jaykit was looking he saw BreezePaw talking to Heatherkit, they were laughing and tell jokes like he did with us..
Lionkit thought "let's get go to bed...." He mewed at Hollykit "ok..." She said, they both walked into the nursery where Jaykit was quietly crying "Jaykit?" Hollykit meowed walking up to him "w-what" He said sniffling "we know that your-" Lionkit was cut off by BreezePaw "So sorry you three we can't play right now I have patrol" BreezePaw mewed "...YOU SAY THAT ALL THE TIME, I KNOW YOUR AN APPRENTICE BUT YOU HAVE TO PUT SOMETIME INTO PLAYING WITH US!" Jaykit squeaked tears going down his face "I know but this tim-" BreezePaw was cut off again "DON'T, I WANT TO SPEND TIME WITH YOU, WE WANT TO SPEND TIME WITH YOU, BUT YOU DON'T WANT TO" Jaykit mewed sobbing and running off.

BreezePaw watched Jaykit run off, he chased after him "Jaykit please I promise that next time I will, I'll play with you and Hollykit and Lionkit as much as you want and never go train I promise!" BreezePaw mewed.
