When he came back he saw sitting on sofa writing some stuffs on a notebook.

"What are do you doing?", he couldn't resist asking out of his curiosity.

"Preparing for tomorrow", she said continuing her work.

"Tomorrow? Tomorrow what?", he asked again.

"Tomorrow is Monday I have school"

"School? Wait are you a teacher?", he asked amused and she nodded.

"I didn't even knew", he said

"You never asked", she said as a matter of fact of not telling him.

"Which class do you teach", he asked, it felt weird to her seeing him talk normal like this, he was shouting at her a minute back, is he bipolar or something?

"Class 10th and a few junior classes as well", she informed him.

"Ohh, that's good, what was the need to marry then", he asked and she frowned.

"What does marriage have to do with work?", she asked.

"No I mean if a women isn't working she has to get married, but you're working it wasn't necessary for you to get married you know"

"Maybe it wasn't necessary but I still wanted to", she said in deep thoughts.

"Why, I never felt the need to marry, and now that I know you didn't marry me for money, what's the reason", he asked.

"Money", she chuckled, "you're so materialistic Manik, I wanted to marry because, I wanted to have someone, a life partner someone who can be with you your thin and thicks, someone who can support you, can stand with you in your decision, someone who can share your happiness, someone to grow old with to raise your kids with, it's such a beautiful concept, please don't make it materialistic ", she said.

"Damn that's deep, I never thought that way. I'm sorry for calling you a good digger the other, you're not. I just couldn't find another reason why any girl would agree to marry someone like me, I was anything but a husband Material, why did you marry me Nandini", he asked.

"Because my parents wanted me to, my father knows your father since decades and they have a good bond, hence they wanted me to get married in their family", she asked and he was amused.

"Your parents forced you for marriage, isn't that wrong?", he asked.

"No, they didn't force me for marriage and I agreed, it's not wrong to do something for the peopel you love, if I had someone I liked I would've fought for my love but I didn't so I agreed", she said..

"You must've expected a lot of things from me right, but I was-"

"Totally opposite", she said interrupting him and he smiled a little.

"I assumed something else, the only reason girls near me was knowing I was the son Shrikant Malhotra, that's the reason I thought so", he said, " and sometimes also because of my looks", he said and chuckled.

"What?", he asked, "no nothing, looks?", she asked.

"Yea of course, after all I'm so look looking and tall", he said flexing

"You're just delulu"

"Delu- what? Delulu means delusional" she said.

"Oh shut up, you don't know a things, girls used to be mad for me in my college days"

"Did they?", she asked.

"Aur kya, and you know when I used to play my guitar-" he stopped suddenly listening himself.
