After turning my key in the lock, my front door unlocked and I opened it
I had Chipotle and shopping bags in my hand, so I was trying to hurry and get inside
After putting my bags down right by the dining room area, I started to walk to the kitchen
I seen that Kai was sitting in the middle of the living room in one of the dining room chairs with a cape around his neck, getting his haircut
"Hey, Kai." I said, seeing that Sergio was the one that was cutting his hair
I didn't even know he cut hair
"Hi, Sergio." I spoke instinctively
"Hey, you got me sum from Chipotle?" Kai asked, furrowing his eyebrows
"Wassup." Sergio did a slight head nod as he cleaned off the clippers in his hand
"I got you a bowl." I began to go inside of the bag I had
When I was at the mall, I stopped at Chipotle. I got Kai just a bowl, but I got a burrito, bowl, queso dip, and some tortilla chips
It sounded like a lot of food, but it was going on 8, and I hadn't ate anything all day and woke up at 9
If I wasn't in the mall and starving, I would've definitely went to Cava
"You fixing to get your haircut?" I asked Kai, taking his bowl out
"Yeah, put my shit in the microwave. Preciate it." He said, I nodded in response
After putting his bowl in the microwave, I went into the living room where they were with my food, but I sat down in our black leather couch, tucking right leg under my butt
"You got all that shit?" Kai spoke, making a face as I brought my food out of the bag
"Yes, and? You the one asking me if I got you something, step your cookies up before they crumble." I mugged him
"You always saying dumb shit." He laughed at me
I grabbed the remorse that was in the seat next to me, and turned on the TV. I went to Hulu and turned on Power Book III: Raising Kanan
"What you was doing all day, why you ain' go to school?" He asked, grabbing his phone off his lap
"Got my hair done, went to Sephora, then to give these people this money, then to the mall." I summed up my whole day as I popped open my bowl
