Y/N was just an ordinary student who began his first year at Shujin Academy. During the first day of school, Y/N was taken to the nursing room after a group of delinquents ambushed the lad.

(As Y/N woke up. He saw to himself he is in the nurse's room... but why? As he looked around, he realized someone band aided his wound in his arm and stitched it up. It was also the same with the other parts of his body.)
Y/N: Man... I could feel the hits burning through my skin, it hurts like as if I was injected by a burning medication or somethin.
(Y/N tried to sit up, but his legs were badly injured following the hits from the others, but overall he managed to move them properly, instead of him sitting up on the bed, he chose to lay down for today.
Just then, the curtains of moved by a mysterious presence. As Y/N turned to his right, he saw the nurse earlier holding a medicine in her hands.)
Y/N: It's... you.
(The nurse was surprised to see that Y/N managed to regain consciousness just now. She sat down on the bed.)

Tae: You've been out cold, darling. I brought you to the nursing room to be in my care since all the other nurses are unavailable except for me. (She puts his medicine in a cup) Here, love.
(Y/N took a sip of the medicine she offered. Within a second, Y/N felt the taste hit him like a freight train.)
Y/N: (Shocked inner monologue) Oh good gosh. The medicine tastes like it's about to make a comeback.
Tae: Sweetie, just swallow it whole.
(Y/N managed to swallow the medicine slowly, gasping for air.)
Y/N: Good grief... That tastes so bad.
Tae: That's your throat medicine. While you were out, I took an X-ray. And to my surprise, I realized your heart was swelling from a severe impact to your chest. The medicine I gave you should help with the swelling.
Y/N: I can feel it boiling in my stomach right now.
Tae: Well, that's good. It means it's working to reduce the swelling.
Y/N: Okay... And why do I sound different?
Tae: You sustained damage to your throat, and pretty much everywhere else, for that matter.
Y/N: Will I be able to go back to class?
Tae: In about two minutes, dear. You should probably get some rest. I already called your teacher and informed her that you'll be late due to needing immediate treatment.
(Y/N didn't know what to say but managed to thank her.)
Y/N: Uh, do you have a name?
Tae: Yes, I do, darling. It's Tae, or you can call me Ms. Takemi, Nurse Takemi, or just Tae.
Y/N: Sounds good to me, Tae. I just realized you're the same nurse my friend and I saw earlier today at school.
Tae: True, Y/N. I believe you and your friend Hiroshi are first-year students.
Y/N: Yeah, we are in our first— (Y/N pauses, surprised by what he heard) Hold up, did you just say my friend's name?
Tae: Yes, I did. Hiroshi. Don't get me wrong, but I have a list of students with their names and ages. (She shows him the list) Here.
(Y/N was shocked to see Hiroshi's name on the list, along with his own.)
Y/N: So that's how you know our names. The school has our names, ages, and student records. Sweet.
Tae: Yes, dear. But don't leave just yet. Your legs still need treatment. I'll put an ice pack on both of them. You have some bruises, and these ice packs should do the trick, sweetie. (She giggles.)
Y/N: Thanks, Tae.
(As Tae put the ice packs on his legs, he felt the pain shoot up like a lightning bolt, leaving him breathless.)
Y/N: (Inner monologue) I've never seen a nurse this kind and caring before to anyone including me... The way how me and Hiroshi encountered her, she was kind and caring.
Tae: There you go my love... In about thirty minutes, your bruise on your leg should feel better. (She see's Y/N still in band aids in his arms.) May i have a look on your arms darling?
Y/N: Uh. Sure?... You did well on your wrapping Tae.
(As Tae removes the band aids, she saw that is found is almost getting better.)
Tae: Well look at that my love, your wounds are starting to get much better now... Here, I'll replace the band aids and give you and fresh band on your wounds darling.
(Tae removes the old band aids on his wounds and replaced them with now ones, it didn't hurt since she already stitched up the wounds. So Y/N felt very comfortable on moving properly... But before Y/N could leave the room, Tae stopped him.)
Tae: Oh darling, there's something i want to give you before you go. (She hands him a jug of Recov-R: 100 mg and the Revivadrin) Use the Recov-R only for your self if your badly wounded... And the Revivadrin use it on your friend incase he is in hurt and needs to seek medical attention or something. I'm just the only nurse here in the school, the other nurses are not available but don't worry, as i said earlier. I have more experience as a nurse compared to the others.
Y/N: Okay then... Then i guess you might, some kind of like super doctor something.
(Tae leaned closely to Y/N and whispered to him in his ear.)
Tae: I'll explain to you things later on... first head to your classroom, and then after school we can talk. As you come to the nursing area, You'll see a letter telling you one thing... Follow it, and the next step is on another envelope which is also found in there too.
Y/N: Why don't you-? (Tae puts a finger on his mouth.)
Tae: Sh,sh,sh... Just go now darling.
(As Y/N left the nursing room, he didn't know what got into Tae.)
Y/N: What exactly is Tae hidin from me, or keeping a secret for?... Maybe i'll have to see later on.
