When anyone ever asks Steve what he wanted for his birthday after he was unfrozen he'd say Bucky. After Bucky final turned himself in and remembered what he and Steve had. Steve says his one birthday wish came true. So now when ever he is asked he says nothing I've got everything I want and need as he looks at Bucky when he blows out his candles.
