Ruby: have we met before?
Jaune: I don't believe so.
Ruby thought he looked somehow like her father so she dismissed it
He gave her his hand
Jaune: come in this is no place to be lollygagging around.
Ruby: hey thanks for you know...
Jaune: just doing my job citizen.
He helps her up as the two take a walk and talk
Ruby spent the time venting on how her sis just left her behind
Jaune: all I'm saying is you need to learn to socialize Crater Face.
Ruby: hey! All I need for companionship is Crescent Rose!
Jaune: that's not healthy.

Jaune just drops his duffle bag and pulls out a case where the contents was one

Jaune: but your arms wouldn't be able to handle it I suppose.
As he squishes Ruby's thin arms causing her to squeak swatting his hand away

Jaune: I didn't say you are, just saying you can't fight through your weight class.
Ruby just pouts at him as the two made their way towards the auditorium
Ruby: sorry Jaune but there's my sister so I have to go!

Jaune then just finds a secluded place to listen to the orientation and as the headmaster spoke Jaune took stock to what he said

Ruby: no I meant it literally exploded!
She noticed Jaune sitting in a corner and a lot of weapon parts all around him as he seems to be cleaning and reassembling his gear

Yang looked to a young blonde cleaning and assembling his weapons
Yang: alright, why don't you introduce me to be sure.

He looks up to them and gave them a wave

Yang was not convinced as she drags Ruby towards him

He looks up to see a Blonde girl who could be mistaken for one of his sisters

Jaune: you should let her be, she needs to learn that by herself like everyone else.

Jaune: you need to know how to field strip Ruby.

Weiss: ugh, you again! Can you keep yourself out of trouble for once! Blowing up my Dust isn't enough for you?

Jaune: if you want to go to sleep maybe you should keep it down, your the one shouting here.
Weiss took a quick look at Jaune and decided to at least respect a diligent student seeing that he was preparing for tomorrow

As the group was dispersing He noticed a familiar cat faunus that was reading in a corner that caught Jaune's eye
