Author's pov
"You know what! Just leave Brinda Mittal. I don't want to see your face ever again!!" Adhvik yelled, jerking Brinda away, not knowing how much he was going to regret this later.
Brinda was just looking at him with hurt filled in her eyes. She wanted to tell him so many things but she couldn't. She knew he hated her, but to an extent that he didn't even want to see her face! It broke her heart, and she started leaving.
She was here to make amends. To make things good. To make sure that Adhvik would move on from her and would not be stuck on 'hating her'. But clearly, she was wrong. She realized there was nothing left to make amends.
Everything was over. He didn't trust her. Not even a bit. The time they spent together, couldn't she earn an ounce of his trust? Was she not worth his trust? But it's his father, and it's a big deal, and a part of her knew he won't trust her, but the words he just uttered left her shattered.
She was so lost in the whirlpool of her thoughts that she didn't realize the truck coming from the other side. It was pouring heavily, so the visibility was not very clear, and in a snap of moment, the truck hit her, and everything blacked out.
"Aaaaaahhhhhhhh." A gut-wrenching scream echoed.
The truck driver immediately ran from the site, witnessing what he had just done.
Adhvik, who witnessed the whole accident, felt his whole world falling apart.
"BRINDAAA!" he shouted, running towards Brinda, who is drenched in rain and blood.
Her face was completely covered in blood, which was now washed by heavy rain. Her body was shivering badly due to the impact. She looked like a corpse at that very moment.
"No no no orange.... orange please no no! Open your eyes, please!" Adhvik said, panicking, constantly tapping her cheeks and keeping her head in his lap.
"Loo...ks like god.... god granted your wish way too quickly. You must have prayed whole....heartedly." Brinda said weakly, barely opening her eyes and breathing heavily and smiling at him, raising her hand to caress his cheeks but failed miserably due to the multiple injuries.
"No, no, don't say that, please orange! You know i didn't mean that please please! I'd die without you!" Adhvik pleaded as tears flowed down his eyes.
"I.... I always loved you , bu.... but right now, i... i just feel... ha...hatred for y..you Mr. Rathore." Brinda said weakly as she lost her consciousness, and Adhvik felt like someone was squeezing his heart.
"I have called ambulance. we are reaching the hospital soon. Nothing would happen to you, okay? Just stay with me. Keep your eyes open!" Adhvik said, trying to be calm, constantly patting her cheeks, but it was too late.
Brinda was lying in a pool of her own blood drenched in rain, barely breathing.
"Ambulance is on the way orange..... please don't do this to me.... please, i am sorry..... i am sorry for... for everything. Please, please be okay. It's me.... who doesn't deserve you... but your family.... please for them." Adhvik was constantly sobbing, holding Brinda close to himself.
Soon, ambulance arrived, and they took Brinda to the hospital. Brinda was taken into I.C.U. immediately while Adhvik was standing there numb.
"How does this happen? She went to talk to you, right!!" He flinched at the sudden voice. It was Riddhima.
She was busy with other patients when Brinda was brought to the hospital, and as soon as she found out, she quickly came here.
"A... a tru...ck hit her." Adhvik said, his voice barely audible.
