Then expect me to hold them in happiness
Darkness clouded over the night
But not more than my days.
Give me hope that things can change
But everything makes me hopeless
I ran with all my energy
But nothing to show off
For once, I have friends
But they abandoned me
Dreamt of a fairytale,
But ends up in cruel nightmare.
People are running towards their goals
But I am escaping my reality
I know I am wrong but,
Who are right at what cost
People called me names,
But I moved on saying I don't care
Mornings used to be hopeful,
But now it is just despairing
I moved on from toxicity,
But fear took place.
When life gives me discomfort
I find solace in books
