I've decided to do dedications to all the readers who vote and comment. I can't do it to the ones that just read just because Wattpad doesn't show the readers names.

I walk in the small restaurant and search the tables. I smile when I see her and walk over there. Rebecca is staring down at the menu and doesn't notice when I sit down. So I clear my throat and she finally looks up.

"Oh hey!" she greets me.

"Hey, Becca, hows it going?" I ask, taking my sweater off.

"Good, I just had a doctor appointment on Monday," she smiles brightly.

"Really? Any news?" I smile back.

"Yep! I'm having a girl!" She cheers.

"Oh my god!" my smile grows. "Thats great! I'm so happy for you."

"Thanks," she smiles down as she scans her menu. I do the same and soon the waitress comes and takes our order.

"Maddi," Becca starts, serious. "I wanted to thank you."

"You don't have to thank me," I tell her.

"No I really, really do." she sighs. "You saved me and without you my baby wouldn't be here. I would probably be dead right now, actually."

"No, I want to say this, get it off my chest," she wipes away a stray tear. I nod, indicating she could continue. "I was going to kill myself. I was planning on doing it the following Monday. But then you came. And as corny as it sounds, I thought god was finally answering my prayers."

"I'm glad I went there," I tell her. Of course the experience was terrible, but I'd do all over again if I could help someone again like I did with Rebecca.

"I just wanted you to know how thankful I am. You're the only person who ever cared enough to help me. Not even my family," she lets out a short, sarcastic laugh.

"You don't have to answer this, you really don't. But how did you get in there?" I ask, not wanting to push her.

"Its okay, it'd probably feel good to tell someone. It's just kind of embarrassing, you know?"

"I won-"

"You're food," the waitress sits our food in front of me.

"Thank you," I thank the waitress before she walks off. "Rebecca, I won't judge you. Ever."

"I know," she nods. "Well I guess I should start at the beginning. My mum and dad they were too caught up in drugs and partying. My mum was addicted to various drugs while my dad pretty much stuck to alcohol. My dad was slowly changing, he was getting better and he wasn't drinking as much. But my mum she was as worse as ever. My dad started cutting her off when it came to money."

She takes a sip of her orange juice and breathes in deeply. Its obvious that this is a hard subject for her to talk about.

"So my mum, in order to get what she wanted, sold me to Sam. I didn't know it at the time, though. I thought I was just taken away and no one knew who took me. But after a few months Sam told me the truth."

"Oh my god," I whisper. "I am so sorry Becca."

"Don't be," she shakes her head at me, smiling a little. "I'm okay now. I'm better than okay, actually."

"That's great, I'm happy for you," I smile.

"We should probably eat before are food gets cold," she suggests and I nod agreeing with her.
