(Haileys POV)
The next day I woke up in Nikas' arms and it kinda felt nice. I was feeling warm and safe and there was a blanket over the lower half of my body. I look up and see Nika already awake.
"Hi," Nika says.
I blush a little knowing I fell asleep on her.
"Hey," I say.
"You fell asleep on me last night and I didn't want to wake you up so I decided to stay the night and Paige got you the blanket," Nika explains.
I smile and look up at Nika and she's looking into my eyes and she's being so gentle.
"We have no practice today and the team was planning to go to the beach but" Nika says
I wait for Nika to continue.
"I was wondering before we go to the beach do you want to go on a little date," Nika says.
I look up into her eyes still cuddled into her.
I sigh wanting to still protect my heart but Nika was stealing it.
"Yeah I would love to," I say.
Nika smiles.
"Good cause im taking you out to dinner," Nika says.
"But first can we lie here for a few more minutes?" I ask.
"Of course, we will be cuddling a lot more when we start dating." She teases playfully.
I laugh.
"Someones confident." I tease back and hit her arm playfully.
