Me and Addie both finished at 5pm, so we went back to my house.
"Holy shit, what do I wear?"
"Calm down, you'll look hot no matter what you wear"
"Yeah, I know. Just, what would she want me to wear?"
"Just wear something you're comfy in. Don't be extravagant though"
"But i love being extravagant" I said with a joking smile
She just rolled her eyes at me
"Ok, I think I've got it. Go wait out there. I have a girlfriend now" I said sticking my tongue out
She just giggled and walked out, closing the door.
I put on a blue and green white pinstripe blazer over a white low v-neck t-shirt and black trousers.
I put in two safety pin earrings and a small silver chain necklace

I walked out of the door and Addie turned around and looked at me.
"Woah"
"Yeah? Isn't it perfect?"
"She's gonna love that. But you know what she'll love more?"
"What?"
"Taking it off you"
I just snorted at her
"You're so weird Addie"
"But I'm right"
My heart raced at the thought of that happening tonight
I shook the thought off, as it was unlikely
"Sure, whatever. Can you help with my eyeliner? i can never seem to do it right"
"Sure stupid"
"Hey!"

Addie helped with my makeup, making sure to tease me about the night ahead at every chance she got.
"You're so annoying. I hate you"
"You don't hate me. You could never."
"True. But right this second I would rather have Mark here than you"
"Ouch"
"Exactly."
"Don't we need to get going right about now?"
"Oh, right. Lets go!"
***Lexie POV***
I just finished my shift.
It's just about to turn seven so I have no time to do anything fancy for Y/N
I just put on the clothes I wore to work.
Dark blue jeans, a grey t-shirt, leather jacket and a pair of black heeled boots.
"Where are you going in such a hurry?" George asked from beside me
"Um.. just going out tonight"
"With someone?"
"Yeah"
"Who?"
"Online date. First time we meet in person, so I don't wanna be late"
"Oh okay.. Good luck!" He said with a smile
"Thanks!" I said before running out of the locker room and to the elevator
Thankfully, it was just me, so I could try and calm myself down.
Who am I kidding?
I'm just so excited to finally go on a date with Y/N
The sound of the elevator doors opening pulled me out of my thoughts
I walked out of the elevator and through the doors of the main entrance.
I looked around the dimly lit pavement and someone caught my eye.
Y/N
Oh my god, she's gorgeous
"Hi Lexie" She said with a sweet smile
She's the most perfect human being I've ever met
I can't believe I'm going on a date with her
"Hi Y/N"
"Shall we get going? I presume it's within walking distance, no?"
"Yeah, I'll lead the way"
