Chapter 41

Beryl thought the group of mothers were already on board her crusade against the evil Ginga TV.

Beryl: "(Relaxed) Phew...I think all the girls now are free from the influence of Ginga TV. Those stupid Sailor Animamates are nothing compared to my good old youmas...I miss them a bit..."

Luna: "(Shouting) Beryl, did you..."

Beryl: "(Angry) Stupid beast, you scared me!! What do you want? Mock me? Attack me? I'll have you know today I'll talk with Kenji about buying a dog and..."

Luna: "(Rolls her eyes) Stop with the long weird rants! I heard you did told your...friends? Anyway, you told these women to stop watching Ginga TV, which is good. But I've learned by Artemis, that Hana Aino is still watching Ginga TV, I think you-"

Beryl quickly jumps out of the sofa, she had to stop Hana from becoming a target of the deadly Shadow Galactia.

Beryl: "(Getting up and running) What?! Hana is still watching that channel?! I must go talk to her right away!"

Beryl gets up and runs towards Hana's residence. But on her way to there she bumps into Risa Hino.

Beryl: "(Getting up) You stupid...Risa! Sorry Risa, I didn't see you there...are you ok?!"

Risa: "(Curious) Yes...but I heard you talking something about Ginga TV and Hana. What's going on?"

Beryl: "(Trying to hide her anger) Oh, nothing too important. Hana is watching some silly show on there, and I just want to convince her to stop."

Risa: "(Interested) Hmm, can I come with you? I'm curious about this Ginga TV too."

Beryl didn't want anyone else to know about Shadow Galactica, but she couldn't deny Risa's request.

Beryl: "(Sighing) Fine, you can come. But don't tell anyone about this, okay?"

Risa: "(Nodding) Of course, Beryl. I won't say a word."

Beryl and Risa head towards Hana's house, hoping to stop her from watching the dangerous channel. Beryl knew she had to act fast before something bad happened to Hana or her family. As they waited for someone to open the door, Beryl couldn't help but make small talk with Risa.

Beryl: "(Trying to be friendly) So, how's your health, Risa? Are you feeling better?"

Risa: "(Smiling) Yes, thank you for asking. I've been taking my medication and resting as Saeko suggested."

Beryl nodded, relieved that her friend was doing better. Suddenly, they heard Hana's voice from inside the house.

Hana: "(Yelling) Shinji-kun, Minako, could anyone please open the door? I'm busy watching the show on Ginga TV!"

Beryl rolled her eyes, frustrated by Hana's obsession with the channel. Suddenly, they heard a soft meowing coming from inside the house. Artemis had opened the door for them in his cat form.

Beryl: "(Whispering) Artemis...what are you doing?"

Artemis: "(Whispering back) I had to do something to get you inside. Plus, I can't exactly ask Shinji or Hana to open the door, can I?"

Beryl nodded, amused by the ingenuity of the talking cat. As they entered the house, Risa eyed Artemis suspiciously.

Risa: "(Puzzled) Wait a minute, how did that cat open the door for us?"

Beryl quickly came up with a cover story.

Beryl: "(Quickly) Oh, that's just Minako's cat. I guess he must have got his tail or something."

Risa nodded, still looking a bit suspicious but ultimately letting it go. As they entered the living room, they saw Hana glued to the TV.

Beryl: "(Frustrated) Hana, you're wasting too much time watching this stupid show! You should be spending time with your family and friends."

Hana: "(Defensive) But it's so entertaining, Beryl-chan. You should give it a chance."

Beryl: "(Trying to convince her) Trust me, Hana. This channel is not what it seems. You're putting yourself and your loved ones in danger by watching it."

Hana finally relented, nodding in agreement.

Hana: "(Realizing) You're right, Beryl-chan. I didn't realize how much of a waste of time it was."

Beryl smiled, glad that she had been able to convince Hana to stop watching the channel. As they left the house, Beryl couldn't help but chuckle to herself.

Beryl: "(To Artemis) Well, that was certainly an adventure."

Artemis: "(Agreeing) Indeed it was, Beryl. But you have to be careful not to reveal too much."

Beryl nodded, knowing that he was right. Beryl said her goodbyes to Hana and Risa, promising to keep in touch. As she walked back home, she was stopped by Artemis.

Artemis: "(Serious) Beryl, we need to talk. You're still being rude and dismissive of Luna. She's just trying to help."

Beryl: "(Feigning remorse) I know, Artemis, and you're right. I shouldn't have been so mean to her."

But as soon as Artemis turned his back, Beryl couldn't resist teasing him one last time. She quickly threw a bolt of dark energy at his tail, causing it to singe and sizzle.

Artemis: "(Yowling in pain) Beryl!! What was that for?!"

Beryl: "(Laughing) I'm sorry, Artemis. I couldn't resist. You're just too easy to mess with."

Artemis rolled his eyes, but couldn't help but chuckle a little.

Artemis: "(Sighing) You know, Beryl, you're becoming more and more like Usagi every day. I think you two are more alike than you realize."

Beryl raised an eyebrow, but couldn't deny the truth in Artemis' words. She grinned mischievously.

Beryl: "(Smiling) I'll take that as a compliment. Like mother, like daughter, right?"
