Note: You will need a black fabric, a red fabric, a sewing needle, red or black thread, anything to start a fire. You have to do this at midnight. It will be better if you do this at woods. But it's optional
Make a mask which is identical to Hoodie's. Go to the woods with your new mask. Start a fire and put your Hoodie mask in it. Close your eyes and say "Oh Hoodie, partner of Masky. Appear before me."
Be carefull. He might hit your head from behind...
