***3rd person POV***

The three interns sat at an empty table right next to Y/N and Addison, and pretended to be studying and talking to eachother.

***Y/N POV***

Unexpectedly, the cafeteria food is pretty good and I was catching up with Addison on the past few years since I was in England, when I saw my two interns and another who I hadn't seen before.
"Addie, look. It's my interns. I think they're gonna try to eavesdrop. If it's alright with you I want to trick them"
"God i missed you so much, Little Sloan"

***Meredith POV***

On our table I'm facing Dr Sloan and Dr Montgomery and it definitely looks like there's something between them. I mean, Dr Montgomery is practically sat on her lap. Not to mention, shes stroking McHottie's thigh with such tenderness and the eyes they're giving each other... they're practically fucking in front of everyone.

"Oh my god, that is so hot"
Izzie said, watching them with a slight red tint in her cheeks.

"Definitely a McSexy" I said, agreeing with Cristina's previous statement.

It's weird how I'm currently wanting to be in Addison's position but I mean can you blame me? I'm getting turned on just thinking about what she's whispering in her ear. Before my thoughts can go too far though, Addison stands up and takes Y/n's hand and speed walks off somewhere.

"Do you think we should follow them?"

"Oh yeah"

***Y/N POV***

I kept whispering in Addison's ear to make it look like I'm flirting with her and that we should make it look like we're about to go have sex in an on call room. She stood up and grabbed my hand and 'excitedly' pulled me along. What made me giggle though, was seeing the interns 'discreetly' follow us as well.

*fake smut incoming??*

Once we got there I made sure to pull Addie in by the waste before closing and locking the door. I made kissing sounds my kissing her cheeks all over, causing her to chuckle.

Once I saw the shadows of feet under the door, I really played the part. I told Addie to make it sound like a porno and moan real loud. I started moving the bed, making the springs squeak to make it extra realistic. This brought me back to a while ago when we were together, doing this for real. But we both agreed to just stay friends when she fell in love with Derek and I'm still keeping that promise. Now, we are just like best friends who might have had sex, nothing more, nothing less.

After a while she decided to make it sound like she finished by becoming more high pitched and breathing heavy. I looked to the door to still see the shadows of feet outside so I did the only logical thing.

"My turn" I whispered to Addie. Once again, we made it sound like we were making out before i started moaning. I rocked back and forth on the bed, saying dirty things like "fuck me so good" and "you're such a good girl" mixed in with some curses.

Surprising Addie, i yelled "fuck, just like that! Put your whole fist in. Oh my god I'm gonna come!" After that she almost couldn't control her laughter. 

After my little joke, she felt the need to say something too.

"Oh my god, that was hot, I've never seen you squirt like that before"

"I told you that I missed you didn't I? plus I haven't been fucked as good as that for a while" I said 'breathless'

*fake smut over*

"I would fuck your brains out again but I have patients so maybe another time?" I said, with a devious grin on my face

"Oh yeah, definitely" Addie said

I made sure to rough up her scrubs as she did mine and then i slightly messed up her gorgeous red hair and gave her a kiss on the nose for good measure.

But when I opened the door, the people (rather, the person) I saw was not what I expected.

"Well well well... You haven't even been here for 12 hours Y/n/n. I gotta admit, I'm pretty impressed"
Mark laughed and patted me on the back.
"Still got it" I said with a shit eating grin and then he walked in the opposite direction.

After seeing my interns and their friend, i walked over to them and noticed their slightly disheveled appearances. Stevens was leaning against the wall with crossed legs and a red face looking at the floor. Yang was gawking at me with a cocked eyebrow and a slight red tint to her face. The other one was biting her lip and giving me lustful eyes.

"Yang, Stevens"
"Y-yes Dr Sloan?" Stevens replied, straightening herself up.
"We need to go check on our patient. And you..?"
"Grey. Dr Grey"
"Dr Grey, I hope you enjoyed the show" i whispered in her ear so the other two couldn't hear and with a gentle touch to her shoulder, causing her to shiver a little.

At that, i waltzed off down the hallway, thinking my interns were following me.

***Meredith POV***

"Oh my god.." Cristina said, breaking the silence.
"What did she say Mer?" Izzie asked with curious eyes.
"Doesn't matter, you guys should follow her so she doesn't get mad" I told them before going outside to clear my head of dirty thoughts. I would usually just use Derek in this situation but we're taking a break so that really didn't help me.

***Time Skip / Y/N POV***

It's finally the end of my first shift and after changing into my normal clothes, I find myself lingering outside the intern locker room, waiting for a certain someone to walk out.

I stopped paying attention to my surroundings and was stuck in my thoughts when the dirty blonde I was waiting for walked past, completely ignoring my presence. I walked after her, helmet in hand and when i got level, reached my hand over her shoulder, making her look at me slightly startled.

"Grey"
"Yes, Dr Sloan?"
"Have you got any plans for tonight?"
