Chapter 1

*3rd person pov*

Elena was sitting in class, not caring about what was happening. Tomorrow is a sad day in her life. 
 
Tomorrow is her birthday. not only her birthday but also her sister's birthday again one day she will spend alone.
 
She remembers the day as if it were yesterday when everything in her life fell apart.

 
*Flashback*

 
Ele- Eliz Eliz, where are you?
 
She said as she walked into the living room to see her sister sitting on the couch with popcorn and comfortable clothes and on a phone call.

Ele- What the hell are you doing.

Eli- I will call you back. What.

Eliz turned around to see her sister dressed up.

Ele- What what go and get ready.

Eli- Why.

Ele- For the party I finally want to go to a party and your not ready.

Eli- No I don't want to go I want to see my tv show and I don't feel well.

Ele- Please Eliz pretty please.

She said as Elena pushed her in the room with a white dress.

Eli- There are you happy now let's go.

Then the both of them left to go to the party by a cab they stopped by the party while Elena was paying Eliz saw something good.

Eli- Elena lets get matching tattoos.

Ele- What are you already drunk.

Eli- Come on it will be fun.

Saying that she pulled her into the shop and they got the match tattoos on there shoulder.

They even took a bunch of photos with it. Then they went to the party, where they got very drunk and had a good time.
 
Ele- Eliz we should go home. Now it's time. I will call mom and dad.
 
Eli- It's really loud in here. Go out and call them so they can hear you. I will say goodbye to everyone and meet you there.
 
{ While this time Elena met Damon and Eliz was inside.}
 
Then their parents came to pick them. Sadly, the accident happened when they fell into the river. When someone came and saved Eliz,.
 
Stefan came and saved Elena. Eliz went into a coma, and her parents died. Elena was left alone with her brother and her aunt.

*End of flashback*

Elena came out of her flashback when Bonnie called her.
 
Bon- Elena are you okay?
 
Her- No Bonnie I miss her, it's my first birthday, and I'm going to celebrate without Eliz.
 
Bon- I know I miss her too, she was amazing.
 
Her- Not Bonnie, she is amazing, she is not dead. 
 
Bon- I'm sorry.
 
Her- It's ok. Please tell everyone I don't want to celebrate my birthday especially Stefan. I haven't told him about Eliz so don't tell him.
 
Saying that Elena left going home, she was all alone there, everyone was out for some reason. 
 
Then she just fell asleep, only to feel the same feeling of someone watching her.
 
That made her wake up in a second. She looked around only to see no one.
 
Then she fell asleep again, in the morning her aunt and brother wished her before leaving. Elena went to the hospital with the hopes of seeing her sister.
 
When she was underwater, she got a weird disease, and she can easily get any deadly disease. 
 
And on top of that, she is in a comma, so I can't meet her, only the doctor can, and that only for a few minutes.
 
I begged for them to at least let me see her, and after a lot of requests, they finally allowed me, but I had to wait for a while.
 
After 20 minutes, they took me to a different floor, and there I saw her through the window.
 
She was lying there on the bed, looking like she was sleeping, but she is not; she is in a comma, in an endless sleep.
 
Her- Happy birthday in advance, Eliz. How are you, I'm ok, I miss you. It feels like everything is getting better everyone is moving on. But I can't how can I move on with you Eliz I love you. Please wake up.
 
She said that she left for the next few days and just stayed in her room, not talking to anyone.

Damon and Stefan thought it's because she is scared of them because they are vampires. Or the fact that Damon made Caroline a vampire or maybe Katherine.
 
Elena was alone at her house it's her birthday and she doesn't want to do anything no party no cake nothing.

Just then there was a knock on Elena's door. She didn't want to get up and go meet the person. It's probably one of her friends to wish her but she doesn't want to meet anyone.
 
But the knock didn't stop, she didn't have any other way than to open it.
 
She went and opened the door, only to see.
