prologue.

hey! I'm valkyrie, and welcome
to GHOST - or my songbook!

I've always wanted to try songwriting.
it was something that fascinated me;
bringing all these words and pieces of
music together to create a beautiful
symphony for others to enjoy.
I've always had lyric ideas in my head,
but I've never been creative enough to
use them for something good. until now.

In mid-2024, I became a massive fan of
Juice WRLD  and XXXTENTACION. They're
my idols and biggest inspirations in both
music and life. They were so intelligent,
they were both so talented, incredible
lyricists - I could go on.

If you, somehow, haven't noticed
already, I'm also a huge fan of the
spider-verse dilogy/trilogy. This
also includes the soundtracks, and
these songs have majorly inspired
me just as much as X and Juice WRLD
have. The lyricism is amazing, the actual
music, everything is just perfect in both.

So, here we are. I decided to
give songwriting a shot. I am not in
any way, shape or form a professional
songwriter. I am aware my songwriting is
pretty off and could be so much better,
but I simply do this as a hobby. I have
never attempted songwriting or poetry
before this, so these songs won't be,
by any means, perfect.
