Growing up Roger was never a priority; his parents were raised with the belief that if they bathe, feed, clothe, shelter and educate him, that they can work long shifts and emotionally neglect him for the most part. But they do love their child...just have a very materialistic view of love.

He was always severely bullied until he was 14 when he was sent to the hospital from being jumped...after that, he spiraled; his grades slipped, he indulged in risky behaviors such as sex, using and running away. His parents tried to help but didn't know how.

Roger was dating this girl before high school, who became increasingly controlling as the weeks went on. She manipulated Roger and sabotaged her own birth control so Roger wouldn't leave her. Long story short, he did (uno reverse) and took the baby. They had a beautiful little girl named Khiara (kee•arr•uh). Her so-called mother tried to contact him, playing mommy of the year but never really wanted Khiara in her life.

When he was freshly 18, he became arrested after a neighbor, who failed to "register" as a predator, tried to grab his daughter from her crib, and well...got himself a wire necklace. Roger was thankfully never given prison time due to the fact of him being very much smaller and seen as "not a threat" but they made his life a living hell...he was constantly monitored and tested until the age of 21, where he was given a 3-strike rule and basically zero official help.

This only made Roger very skilled at not being caught. He isn't allowed to see his daughter most of the time due to his felony charge, but he isn't banned from public places such as schools or anything. He just can't have his daughter for more than a week at a time even during the holidays.

Roger very much wants children (he's very fertile 🤭) and a normal family but he's not necessarily going to settle. Not unless he meets the one.
