It was currently the 11th of May 1962. It was colder than usual, rainier too. Raindrops, seemingly as large as golf balls, pelted against the windows at Potter Manor, while lightning danced around the sky, occasionally illuminating the walls of the dim bedroom Euphemia Potter rested in. In her arms, lay a small bundle of blue blankets, decorated with white stars that would blink like the night sky. In those blankets, bundled up tightly, rested a tiny, Leonora Euphemia Potter. Born only just a couple of hours earlier, Leonora was sleeping peacefully as her mother lovingly glanced down at her.

A soft rasp was heard at the door. Euphemia slowly glimpsed up towards it. "Come in," she answered quietly, careful not to wake the baby.

The door creaked open, and her husband, Fleamont, entered into the room, almost in a tiptoe. "How are you, darling? How is Leonora?" he asked, making his way over to the bed and slightly hunching over to view the sleeping baby.

"I'm quite alright," replied Euphemia. "Exhausted, obviously, but nothing a few potions can't fix." She smiled down at Leonora once more. "And Nora is doing wonderfully. She's been very quiet, unlike James was. I couldn't get him to stop crying, no matter what I did. Even when he wasn't a newborn, you know how hard it was. Maybe Nora will be different."

"Perhaps when she meets James, he will have an influence on her," Fleamont answered with a large smile spread across his face.

Euphemia widened her eyes. "Oh, I certainly hope not. We don't need James influencing her like that. He has started to become a tiny little troublemaker, and as cute and silly as that is, I don't think we need another one in this house."

As Fleamont was about to respond, a loud crack of thunder suddenly burst through the room, so strong it seemed to have shaken the entire manor. Leonora's eyes shot open, but she remained silent while staring up at her parents.

"She looks just like James, doesn't she, Fleamont? Almost like his twin."

Besides her eyes, which were chocolate brown, in contrast to her brother's light blue ones, she did look strikingly similar to James. She already had tufts of dark hair growing on top of her tiny head, and they shared quite a similar nose.

It was no secret that Euphemia and Fleamont Potter had struggled to conceive children. It had taken them years to finally fall pregnant with James, and due to their ages, they assumed that he would be the first and only child they would be blessed with. So, image the surprise when they found out they were expecting another child, just a little over two years later. They had struggled for so long to finally get the family that they deserved, and as they both looked down upon Leonora, they couldn't have felt more content.
