The storm loomed heavy over Loguetown, thick gray clouds rolling across the sky as thunder rumbled in the distance. The scent of salt and rain filled the air as the wind howled through the narrow streets. Rain began to drizzle onto the town, quickly escalating into a downpour, adding to the tension gripping the area. Marines scrambled to secure their positions, their boots splashing through growing puddles as they shouted orders. Their voices echoed through the alleys as they rushed toward the execution platform, where Luffy stood grinning despite the chaos, completely unfazed by the danger surrounding him.

The execution blade descended. Time seemed to freeze as a blinding bolt of lightning cracked through the sky, striking the execution platform with immense force. The wooden structure exploded in a burst of electricity, sending Buggy flying a random direction. The sheer impact knocked several pirates off their feet as they shielded their eyes from the blinding brightness. The air hummed with static, the smell of burnt wood and smoke mixing with the damp atmosphere. As the dust and haze cleared, the boards binding Luffy had been burned away, freeing him just in time. He fell forward, landing on the remnants of the shattered platform, blinking as if surprised by his own survival.

The onlookers gasped, some covering their mouths in disbelief, others whispering in hushed tones about divine intervention or sheer luck. Some clutched their chests in shock, while others fell to their knees, believing they had just witnessed an act of fate itself. The rain continued to pour, soaking everyone to the bone, but no one dared move. Buggy groaned as he pulled himself from the wreckage, his flamboyant outfit now singed at the edges. His crew stumbled to their feet, clearly disoriented but still determined to capture the Straw Hat pirate. Despite everything, Luffy remained unfazed, stretching his limbs with a wide grin. "I'm still alive, that's nice!"

Meanwhile, Smoker, the relentless Marine captain, observed the chaos from a rooftop. His signature cigars burned brightly despite the rain, plumes of smoke curling around him as he narrowed his sharp eyes at Luffy. He exhaled slowly, his expression unreadable. "That kid..." he muttered under his breath. "He's got the devil's own luck. But luck won't save him forever."

In Loguetown, Zoro and Sanji found themselves in the heart of the town square, their presence adding to the growing mayhem. Zoro clashed swords with Buggy's skilled Acrobat, their blades ringing out in sharp, metallic echoes against the downpour. His muscles tensed as he parried an incoming strike, his grip tightening on his swords. He gritted his teeth, pushing forward despite the slick ground beneath him, his wet bandana clinging to his forehead as he fought relentlessly.

Sanji, on the other hand, weaved through the battlefield with graceful precision, dodging attacks and sending both Marines and pirates sprawling with powerful, well-placed kicks. Rain slicked his blond hair over his eyes, but he never lost focus, determined to fight his way through the chaos. His blazer clung to his back, soaked through from the relentless rain, but he barely noticed as he delivered a devastating roundhouse kick to an approaching officer.

The two crewmates exchanged brief glances through the storm, both aware of the urgency. They needed to reach Luffy—no matter how many foes stood in their way.

As Luffy made his escape from the remains of the execution platform, the rain intensified, soaking the town in sheets of water. Thunder roared above, masking the sounds of clashing swords and battle cries. The streets were slick with rain and chaos, bodies scrambling to take cover or press the attack. With renewed determination, he sprinted forward, dodging Marines as he went, his sandals splashing through the flooded cobblestone paths. He didn't know exactly where his crew was, but he had no doubt—they would all find each other again. They always did.
