He likes your hair like how styled it in the 40s because he thinks it is very beautiful.

Tony:
He loves when you put your hair in a celtic knot. He loves how pretty it is.

Clint:
He loves when your hair is in a zipper braid because it is very sophisticated.

Pietro:
He loves when you just leave your hair natural. He thinks you hair is beautiful just the way it is.

Natasha:
She likes when you put your hair into any sort of waterfall braid because she cant do it with her hair.
