Standing on business

POV: flau'jae
Location: basketball game

"I'm open " I yelled out to Hailey waving my arms and she ignored me shooting a three missing and I smacked my teeth

"Bro I was open" I told her while walking into the circle we formed

"I thought I could make it I'm sorry" she told me and I just nodded this game is too much

We in the first quarter against auburn and it's not looking good for us right now

"We gotta take some more shots " Angel pointed out and we all agreed

It's not like we not tryna make shots but the shots we are attempting to make keep missing and it's frustrating

We broke away and got back into our positions

Mikaylah grabbed the ball from one of the players and gave it it to me so I went right through the players guarding me tryna shoot the ball but in the mix of it I got pushed down

I'm laying on the floor and they just walking around me and I saw Angel almost step on me and I swear I almost tripped her

"Come on" Hailey and Mikaylah told me grabbing my hand helping me up

I got sent to the free throw line and I shot the first ball in but the second one fell out and Mikaylah moved fast putting it back

"Let's go MK" I told her making her laugh

I heard the whistle being blown and coach wanted me to swap out with Aalayah so I went to the bench giving them high fives before i sat down and got back hydrated

"Set a screen " coach yelled out to poa and she did and got knocked over drawing a foul

"Let's go" I yelled out standing up clapping with everybody

"she playing too aggressive" aneesah said while looking at the girl guarding Angel

"I know she been extra aggressive " I told her agreeing I think that's the one who pushed me down

"Coach don't put me in with her" she told coach making her turn to look over at her and I chuckled when she went over to the ref and he blew his whistle

"Flau'jae and aneesah your in" she told us when she came back over and aneesah mouth dropped

"Go come on" she told her and she followed behind me shaking her head

"Have fun" janae told us while walking over to the bench with Mikaylah

We got into our traded spots and I was starting with the ball

"Flau'jae " Angel yelled to me while standing in front of the girl we were just talking about

I threw her the ball and she tried to make room but the girl slickly pushed her down and she was about to go off so we ran towards her helping her up

"Don't say nothing" I told her because if she try to do or say anything she gonna have to go to the bench

One of the girls teammates pushed my hand and I pushed her back with my shoulder why would she just do that

The refs saw and immediately called a timeout making me suck my teeth I just got back in the game

"You pushed her that's a foul" her coach said to me and I looked back at her mugging

"Don't talk to me ,talk to your players " I told her smartly because why is she even addressing me I don't play for her

"Don't talk to her like that" one of her players on the bench said standing up and I immediately became on guard like what she tryna do
