SEASON NINE, EPISODE FIVE
James furrowed his eyebrows when he sees a bunch of people surrounding a car, walking closer to where he then sees that the car has been crashed into and a injured women talking to a man at the window, "James?"
Meredith comes around the corner seeing her co-worker, "There's a women on a bicycle, she think she's hit her." He said to his friend as Meredith went around the car to what James checked out the injured driver out.
"Follow my finger."
He did some neuro exams that he had learnt from Med School and basic training, "Hurry! Someone call 9-1-1!"
Meredith looked at the causalities surrounding the car, "I'm a doctor. She can't breathe. We need to get this car off of her." James looked over the hood of the car to what a man replied back to Meredith, "I'm on the phone with 9-1-1 and they said not to move her. The paramedics are on their way."
"She can't breathe!" Meredith stated, "She will die before they even get here!" She stated when James came around the car looking at his friend, "Meredith, tell me what to do." He said to his friend, "Help me move this car off of her."
"She's dying under here. Do you wanna be responsible for that?" Meredith then said to a casualty who denied helping the surgeons, "Help us now!"
"Is anybody gonna help us?"
James stayed with the women underneath the car, when people started to come towards the car, "Lift." They all did as said when James see that they needed to lift the car up a little more, "A little more."
He wrapped his arms around the women before moving her out from underneath the car when he knelt down next to the women's blue body, "She's blue."
James looked down at the women, "Come on, damn it. Breathe." James put his fingers on the women's pulse point on her neck when she caught some air, "She's alive," Meredith looked at James, "She's alive."
The Grey surgeon looked at her friend when the paramedics came to them, "We're coming with you." The two surgeons went into the back of the ambulance, looking at the women's vitals.
"Wilson!" Jo Wilson turned from where she was standing talking to Ethan Shepherd, Derek's little brother, "We've got a cyclist versus auto. Mutliple crush injuries." He said when the intern moved away from Ethan, "I need you to call upstairs. Tell them we need a trauma OR. And page Shepherd," Wilson nods her head.
"Grey!"
James looked at the mutliple crush injuries, "Are you coming?" Meredith nods her head following after her friend as they went towards the trauma OR that Jo had booked for them.
