Nezu dangerous but also not that bad.... huh...

It didn't take long that I had a private meeting with Nezu in some random library. Fun fact this meeting place was definitely to my liking. There were not a lot of people here and there was a corner we could talk things over which was perfect. To top it off it was not in UA or at home where my dad could find out anything about this at all. Papamic already said that he would rather this would be a surprise and I had a hunch why he was saying this but it was about time to find out if my hunch was correct or not.

Nezu: Ah it is nice to finally meet the son who had too many part time jobs in his life.

Me: Nice to meet the one who likes to have all cords in their hand and playing with them.

Nezu: I see you know a bit about me.

Me: Same here.

Nezu: You sure did a fine job searching up some information.

Me: Not only yours.

Nezu: Oh my, I see my judgment was not wrong to try to get you on the teachers team.

Me: About that... whyd did you wanted me specifically?

Nezu: A kid with a quirk suppression bracelet being able to use their quirk just showed how much your willpower is. Besides this having the strength to continue in dire situation is one of the key points that a UA teacher must have. After all our society is not the safest.

Me: ....

I couldn't really follow what he was saying the only thing positive about all this was actually me having done my job prior to the meeting and did some research about Nezu. That meant that I did a deep diving and dug up everything I could find and there were soo many incidents that included him which led me to the conclusion that he in fact was doing some work behind the scene.

Nezu: Let me phrase this a bit differently. No one knows how hard it is being quirkless than someone with a quirk that had to live quirklessly. Of course quirkless people know it best but they do not know what it is to have a quirk. This is something you know about. It is something people in the hero course will more relate too than me bringing in a quirkless person.

Me: For what?

Nezu: I am about to make a whole new lesson called quirk science. I would like you to be in charge of it.

Me: And what am I supposed to do? I don't know anything about quirks.

Nezu: Are you sure?

Me: Yes.

Nezu: As I see it, you are lying to me. I can tell that the moment you sat here you already knew how to talk to me based on my own quirk High Spec. Other people are not acting like you at all and you are still young as well which makes it even more astonishing.

Now he had me. I never told people about my analytical skills since they were more or less another hobby of mine and I loved doing this every now and then when I would see someone use their quirk. How this rat in front of me came to know about this fact? Who knows but I was not sure if this was dangerous for me or not. I would certainly find out.

Me: ....

Nezu: I take your silence as a agreement. Now then I suppose you are curious about the new lesson I would like you to create. One of the major points is to let them know how their quirk is not defining them and that even quirklessly they still can continue being themselves. Let them know that a fight is not all about quirks but also the suppor gear they have. Besides this I would also like you to add them in their journey of finding their quirks out completely anew since they will need to go beyond their skills they have now.

There it was! The logic behind eberything! It was making soo much sense but it also was making me more and more curious, how he knew that I would basically be the perfect one for that.

Me: I see....

Though I also knew better than to ask the rat about this, I couldn't resist and had to ask.

Me: Pardon me but how do you know about this?

Nezu: It was a hunch seeing how you are helping Eri and suggested some improvements to Shinsou. He is indeed boosting about this in his own class being proud about it. It is hard to not pick up on that.

Me: Oh...

Nezu: Now then, what are you saying about it?

Me: I....

Was there really the need to actually think about it? This sounded too good to be true! Plus I could help people out as well. Besides this, it was as close to the dream I had of being a hero, if not even better as well!

Me: I am in. When do I start?

Nezu as laughing quite dangerously and grinning from ear to ear. Oh what a good first sign this was... scaring me a bit and making me double think about what I had just signed up to as well.
