Holt: (Typing a script in a computer that was connected to a suit like the Specter but with white white dots and fully black with lines connecting each) A VR suit for VR training in different situations. It can be anything as long as the person has gotten in such situations. Such as hostage rescue, Grimm termination, counter-terrorism or counter-intelligence ops. It can be ANYTHING as long as the helmet scans the memory through the neural link.
Kestrel and Rex stopped working and kept looking at him for saying something in a whole new level of Holt.

Holt: Such high regards coming from you two... (He said in a sarcastic tone with his arms crossed) Also isn't Kestrel the field boy?
Kestrel: Eh, 50/50. I do live in the middle of the forest but not that far from a town.
Holt: Huh, so you weren't those field boys that are dumb?
Kestrel: Sounds like you after that mission in Bolivia.
Rex: Who the fuck uses cocaine to breathe?

Kestrel: What is it?

Kestrel: Yeah, did you do anything with it?

Holt showed Kestrel the Dragunov that was HEAVILY modified.
