My Holiday Romance - Louis Tomlinson

Introduction

Zoe - Zoe is an eighteen year old girl who has just left secondary school. Her Nanny and Granda live in England and she has a cute Jack Russel called Buttons. (The X Factor hasn't happened yet.). Her Mum and Dad are split up so her Dad lives in Dublin with his girlfriend Laura. She also has an older sister called Hannah.

Louis - Louis is a nineteen year old boy who loves singing. He has four sisters: Lottie, Felicite and Daisy and Pheobe who are twins. He left school last year and would love to be a singer. He comes from Doncaster in England and his personality is basically hilarious. If he can't make you laugh, you need to go to a doctor or something.

The Beggining

"I'll text you later!" Ruby shouted. I smiled and made my way out of the tall, metal gates. This will be the last time I do this, the last time I walk out of out my secondary school. I sound like I'm going to miss this place, but really, I'm not! Yeah, I've had some good times here, I met my best friends here, but leaving it isn't hard at all! I walked to the car park where my blue Renault Wind was parked. I loved my car, my Mum and Dad got me it for my eighteenth birthday, after I passed my test of course.

I opened the boot to chuck my school bag in. My suitcase and hand luggage were also stuffed in there, because I was going to England with my mum to see my Nanny and Granda. I had to head straight home to get changed then straight to the airport. I have a Jack Russel called Buttons and he was coming with us so I was going to be a while if I was going to try and get him into the cage. I hated locking him up but it was the only way to get him there. My phone started vibrating as I put my seatbelt on.

"Hello?"

"Hi love, sorry to bother you but, have you packed everything you need?"

"Yeah I think so, why?"

"Just making sure. Are you on your way home now?"

"Yes mum." I rolled my eyes.

"Okay, I'll see you soon then. Bye."

"Bye." I hung up and turned the key in the ignition. I couldn't wait to get to England because when I usually came back from England, I felt more relaxed and calm. I don't know why, but I think maybe it was because I got a lot of free time on my hands. You know, like me time. I enjoyed it.

I put my key in the door and was immediately greeted by Buttons, barking at me happily. "Hello boy!" I exclaimed, bending down to tickle his belly. "Is that you love?!" My called from the living room. "Yeah! My suitcase is in the boot!" I replied as I ran upstairs to change into more comfortable clothes.

I grabbed my chinos, navey cardigan and white converse. I loved my converse and I adored my TOMs but they were packed in my suitcase, otherwise I would've wore them. I slipped on my converse and and grabbed my sunglasses. Apparently it was roasting in England at the moment so I may as well make the most of the good weather.

 "Zoe, could you put Buttons in his cage please?" My mum asked as came downstairs. "Oh sugar." I muttered under my breath as I saw Buttons already hiding from the blue cage that was set at the door. "Come on Buttons, it's not that bad! Look." I threw in his squeaky carrot toy, hoping he would run in after it. He did just that. "Yessss!" I pulled my fist in, feeling proud of myself.

"I could've did that." My mum said from behind me. "Oh yeah." I said sacastically. "Right! Lets get this show on the road!" She exclaimed as she opened the front door. England, here I come!

"Zoe! Wakey wakey!" I slowly opened my eyes to see the beach out of the taxi window. Buttons was curled up on my lap, sleeping as well. "Are we here?" I asked as I rubbed my eyes sleepily. "Yup! Why don't you go and give Buttons a walk along the beach. You know, wake yourself up." My mum said passing me Buttons lead. I nodded and yawned as I clipped on Buttons lead.

I headed towards the beach and walked along the sand, leaving footprints as I did. I ound a flat rock so perched myself on it and unclipped Buttons lead to let him run on ahead. I sighed. This is probably where I'll spend most of the two weeks here. I breathed in the salty sea air and closed my eyes, trying to clear my mind. I was interrupted by Buttons barking hysterically.

I opened my eyes and saw Buttons jumping up on a guy who must've been jogging past. "Buttons no! Down boy!" I exclaimed as I ran over to him. "Hey there!" The guys said as he bent down to lift Buttons up. "Is this your dog?" He asked. I looked at him, his blue eyes twinkling. He was absolutely gorgeous. His brown hair was perfectly flicked over his eye and his pearly white smile was dazzeling. He had headphones wrapped around his neck and he was wearing a navey vest with Billabong shorts that ended at his knee.

"Ummmm, yeah. That's my dog." I blurted out. I was speechless. I actually couldn't speak! This guy was gorgeous and after all the years I've been here, I've never seen ghim before, ever! "Awwww, he's cute!" He replied as he tickled under Buttons chin making Buttons lick him. "Awwwwww. What's his name?" He asked as he passed Buttons back to me. "Emmm, Buttons. Yeah! Buttons!" I replied. Oh god. That's right Zoe, embarrass yourself. He laughed. Gosh, his laugh was so cute. I could feel myself starting to stare at him.

"I'm Louis." He said, sticking out a hand. I shook it politely but secetly didn't want to let go. "I'm Zoe." I replied, smiling at him. "Are you from around here?" He asked, letting go of our hands. "Uhhh no. No, I come from Northern Ireland. I'm just here visiting my Nan." I replied as I set Buttons on the sand again. "Ahhhhhh, I knew you weren't from around here. I would've remembered you if you did." He smiled. I blushed. Was he flirting with me?! "Hold on a sec. Is your Nan, Stella?" He asked.

 My eyes widened. How the hell did he know my Nanny?! "Yeah, that's her!" I said. "No way! I deliver her newpaper." He chuckled. "Ohhhh." I replied laughing. "So, how long you here for?" He asked taking a swig of his water. "Two weeks." I replied, feeling myself drooling at him. Snap out of it Zoe. Act cool. "Really? Well, I'm doing the paper roubnd tomorrow, how about I call for you when I deliver your Nans paper. Maybe I could take you for a coffee or something."

Oh my god. Did he just ask me out for coffee? "Yeah! That sounds great!" I replied, fluttering my eyelashes at him. "Have you got something in your eye?" He chuckled. "Uhhh yeah." I said trying to cover up my bad flirting. "Here, let me see." He said. Before I knew it, he was centimetres away from my lips, looking into my eyes. "Nahh, I don't see anything, sorry." He chuckled. "Look I better go but, I'll see you tomorrow! See ya!" He said with a wink as he jogged on down the beach. I must admit, I did watch his ass a little as he ran on.

"Buttons, I love you." I mumbled as I picked Buttons up and walked back to my Nans house, ready to be hugged and kissed to death by her. The door was open so I headed on into the kitchen to see mum and Nan drinking tea. "Zoe, my sweetpea!" My Nan exclaimed as she literally jumped off the chair, smothering me with kisses. "Hi Nan." I replied hugging her back. "Well! How are you?!" She asked, sitting me down on the chair. "I'm good thanks! I met Louis down at the beach by the way." I said, hoping she'd give me some more information on him.

"Ohhh Louis Tomlinson? He's lovely isn't he." She said knudging me. "Actually, he's calling for me tomorrow. He's asked me out for a coffee." I smiled proudly. I couldn't wait. "Ooooooooh! He's took a liking to you! Hasn't he?!" She exclaimed, wriggling her eyebrows. I laughed. "Well, we'll see what tomorrow brings. I'm away to bed, I'm nackered." I said yawning.

I gave my mum a hug before heading up stairs to bed. Ummmm. I can't wait until tomorrow. I sighed, dreaming about Louis kissing me. "Oh Zoe! I love you!" "I love you too Louis!" Ahhhh I can see it so clearly.
