ACT ONE, track two " go your own way " ( 1972-1974 )

⤷ Billy Dunne first met Camila Alvarez at their local laundromat in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the beginning of summer in 1972. They had a whirlwind romance, but later broke up before the new year.
Camila claims this was just the beginning of their controversial relationship.
CAMILA: I was only eighteen when I met him. Still a kid, practically.
INTERVIEWER: How old were you when you first started dating Cami?
BILLY: I don't see how that is necessary for this interview.
CAMILA: He was only four years older than me. Not too bad. But there were times he would act like because he was older, it made him superior. ( sniffs ) Look, I may not have been the lead singer in some band, but my value wasn't any less than his, and luckily, I learned that sooner rather than later.
GRAHAM: They broke up for the first time in, I think December of '72? So maybe about six months after they initially started dating.
WARREN: That first time they broke up, Billy wouldn't get his shit together. He drank a lot, stopped practicing with us . . . ( sips beer ) I mean, truthfully? I never would've thought we would've made it out of that garage with the way things were going.
