"The last thing we see is this Marine's ass disappearing into the brush, Dora high tailing behind him with this angry thanator coming after them." Grace laughed while telling the story.

"Hey, it's not something you can teach," Jake joked and I laughed.

'I'm not sure you can be taught anything," The group laughed at my comment and Jake whacked my arm. "Abusive."

"That is awesome," Max marveled.

"You know, for reasons I cannot fathom, the Omaticaya have chosen you. Y/n, I can understand, but you? God help us all."

"Hey, at least I wasn't trying to threaten someone I just met." Jake gave me a look while speaking and I put my hands up in defense.

"You threatened someone?" Grace asked.

I shrugged, "Not really, this dude, Tsu'tey-" I didn't miss the way Grace's face softened. "Called us demons and I told him that if he think's were demons he better prepare to meet Satan himself."

The group laughed harder, "Okay, okay, you and soon to be chief don't get along, that sucks for you." Grace said.

Jake laughed, "That's not the best part, he was assigned to her to teach her the way. I don't know if the avatar is safe, he might gut her in her sleep."

Everyone laughed again as I shook my head with a smile.

"Okay, let's run through them again," Grace said as Jake, Norm, and her all entered the room. She showed a tablet with a Na'vi woman on it.

"Mo'at. Dragon lady." Jake said, she showed another picture. "Eytucan."

"Eytukan," I corrected from where I was standing next to my link, making sure everything was ready and the linking process would run smoothly. "He's the clan leader, but she's the spiritual leader."

Jake rolled next to his link as Grace added onto what I said, "Like a Shaman."

"Got it," She showed him another picture and I scoffed, making Grace look at me.

She held the tablet up, referencing that she wanted me to answer instead.

I rolled my eyes, "Tsu'tey, warrior, future clan leader, and professional dickwad,"

"Amen to that," Jake said with a laugh as she showed Jake another picture. He grabbed the tablet, "Neytiri," He had a certain softness in his voice when he said her name and I raised my eyebrows.

"She'll be the next Tsahik, they become a mated pair." Grace informed us.

"Poor girl," I muttered under my breath.

"So who's this Eywa?" Jake asked.

"Who's Eywa?" Norm repeated, shocked. "Only their deity. Their goddess, made up of all living things. Everything they know. You'd know this if you had any training whatsoever."

"Who's got a date with the chief's daughter?" Jake asked, holding up the tablet.

"Come on. That's..."

"All right, knock it off, you two," I broke it up and Jake swiped on the tablet, pulling up the picture of Tsu'tey.

"You're just salty you have to have a date with high and mighty over here. Or are you nervous?" Jake asked and I gagged. "Oh, you so are. You have a crush on little warrior boy."
