She knew it wasn't right but she could help herself but ignore Julián. This spiral of self hate has driven her to believe that this is for the best.

The guilt has left her a shell of herself. She has been used and cheated on in past relationships and she knows how that feels like and Taylor went and did the same thing to a guy and barely had a second thought after it.

Every time her phone lights Taylor is reminded about all the reasons why she doesn't deserve love. Julián is a living reminder about what her life could have been and the terrible things she did that proved the media was right about her.

It isn't just Julián she been isolating herself from but also her friends. Gigi and Selena have been texting her almost as much as Julián has been over the last three weeks and they would have definitely been hammering her door down if they weren't in Milan and Toronto consumed by their busy lives.
