The way you make me feel these days
Somethin' gettin' dropped for you, baby girl
Smoke a nigga top for you, baby girl
Burn somebody block for you
The way you make me feel these days
Comin' out my body for you, baby girl
Wipe him like he snotty for you, baby girl
Comin' out my body for you

Yosohn rang the doorbell of Marquis's new home, patiently waiting on the front porch for the door to be answered. Seconds later, he was greeted by Marquis who looked as if he'd just finished an intense workout. The two shared an informal greeting with one another before Marquis moved to the side, granting Yosohn entry into the home.

"This shit nice," Yosohn complimented the well decorated home.

"'Preciate it. I been meaning to get you over here, but with everything that's been going on, that shit kept slipping my mind. You know how that go."

Yosohn nodded understandingly, following Marquis to the living room. They hadn't really seen or spoken to each other in a few weeks, so this was Yosohn's first time seeing the new house. The distance wasn't anything personal though. Both of them were simply too consumed with their personal lives, which happened from time to time.

As they walked through the home, Yosohn began rehearsing different ways to explain his newfound relationship with Seven. He was definitely a little anxious. Not because he was scared of Marquis but because he knew he'd crossed a line and possibly thrown away over a decade of friendship. But whether Marquis's reaction was good or bad, Yosohn had no regrets. Seven was a true blessing in his life and everything that he could possibly ask for in a woman. Sometimes love required risk taking and sacrifices. In this case, Yosohn was sacrificing his friendship with the realest nigga on his team for a shot at love and happiness with somebody that he absolutely adored. If Marquis couldn't understand and feel that then so be it. Seven was his and would remain his despite anybody's opinion on their relationship.

"You want something to drink? Beer? Soda?" Marquis asked, stopping off in the kitchen while Yosohn made himself comfortable on the large sofa in the living room.

"Yeah, a beer is cool," He replied.

Marquis nodded, grabbing two beers out of the fridge and joining Yosohn in the living room.

"Boy I got some shit to tell you," Marquis handed Yosohn a beer, plopping down next to him.

"You and me both," Yosohn thought to himself.
