Their smiles were filled with warmth as they waved back, exchanging silent wishes for a safe journey.

Cale's gaze shifted to the window where Hans stood, and he urged, "Let's go."

Suddenly, the voices of the servants outside reached your ears. They conveyed their well-wishes with sincerity, voicing hopes for your safe return.

A sense of gratitude swelled within you as you waved your hand from the carriage window, a smile gracing your lips.

The servants' words held sincerity as they spoke, "Young Master Cale and Young Lady Athanasia, please return home safely. We hope to meet you again next time."

Another servant chimed in, "It's our greatest pleasure to be able to serve Young Master Cale and Young Lady Athanasia."

Your response was a gentle wave and a smile, a silent expression of gratitude for their kind words.

The servants' voices carried a sense of anticipation as they continued, "We look forward to meeting you again in the future."

With a content sigh, you closed the carriage curtain, the words of the servants echoing in your mind.

As Cale's thoughts lingered on the situation, he reflected, What nonsense. I have no plans to ever come back to the capital.

With the carriage in motion, Cale's actions took Athanasia by surprise. She noticed him getting closer, leaning his head onto her shoulder. It was an unexpected but comforting gesture that brought a smile to her lips. On and Hong remained occupied by the scenery beyond the window, gazing out at the vast expanse of the sea.

Cale pulled out a red orb, catching Athanasia's attention. He identified it as the condensed mana from the mana bomb, a significant component for their next endeavor.

Zaphyr acknowledged its importance, nodding in agreement. "Yes."

The dragon chimed in, excitement evident in its tone. "We can create our brand new magic bomb now."

Zaphyr's grin was infectious, spreading to Cale who met their enthusiasm with a smile of his own. Athanasia observed the interaction, amused by their energy.

Cale's gaze shifted towards the dragon and Zaphyr as they shared their excitement. Athanasia couldn't help but smile at the camaraderie and the way Cale seemed genuinely pleased.

Amid the camaraderie, Athanasia's thoughts drifted, appreciating the beauty of the sea. The nostalgic feeling that overcame her was evident as she realized it had been a while since she had the chance to enjoy such a sight.

On and Hong's fascination remained undiminished, their enthusiasm ignited by the sight of a sharp cliff along the shore. Athanasia's affectionate patting further fueled their excitement.

Cale's focus, however, shifted to a darker contemplation. As he glanced at the sea, he couldn't help but think of the mage slayer who had landed on one of those islands due to the whirlpools.
