"ENTERING HELL ON earth finally? Aren't you so excited." Kam smirks at their little sibling getting off the bus, but the sarcasm doesn't make Harlow crack a smile nor does she laugh. The breeze flows at her black flannel that was wide opened to expose her rather boxy navy blue t-shirt accustomed with some short dark blue shorts and her very....old converses. To some it may be a great surprise, or rather a thoughtful gesture, for their sibling to be waiting for them to get off the bus of many other snotty nosed kids running out of—all of it would've been nice, right? And Kam only was in front of the bus they weren't doing anything they were paid to be doing. They were only here to get out of their job. And, well, for Harlow it was like her parents had placed her in a forced march through hell, and Camp Forest Green had been that hell while the march was the activities she was so "excited" to do. Kam knew that, and felt the same.
And well....she hadn't been entirely wrong.
Harlow sighs. "Can we not? I'm already thinking of ways to kill myself so mom and dad can feel bad." She trots away from the bus with Kam on her heels snickering.
"Hey," Kam shoved their younger sister playfully. "Don't say that, fuckface. I need at least someone I can tolerate this summer."
Harlow just rolls her eyes and lets a slight giggle break free from her lips no matter how hard she tried to fight it. She glances at the big sign that says CAMP FOREST GREEN with a slight disapproval, and with a glance at Kam they also glance at it but more so with nothing behind their face. No deep expression lies behind that gaze even though they hated this camp to its absolute fucking core. Hated it so much in fact, somehow, bonded over it. Even though they already had a great connection as siblings.
