Nini's pov:
Am I sorta totally kinda completely in love with Ricky? Yes. Is it possible that he still has feelings for me? Probably not. I think I may have overreacted about Lily. It's all my fault. If only I was willing to listen to Ricky's side at the time. Maybe we would still be together.
I mean, at least we're back to friends again. It's better than nothing.
Anyways I don't have time to think about Ricky right now. Opening night is onlyin a couple days.
"Ok theatre people! Don't forget our next rehearsal will be a dress rehearsal at the North high stage." Ms Jenn said, "good job today everyone."
I started to pack up.
"Nini, sweetie, can I see you for a sec." Ms Jenn said.
"Uh sure. What's up Ms Jenn." I said.
"Will you be ok for opening night? I know you've had a lot going on and I don't want to put extra pressure on you honey. If you need, I could always get someone else to fill in for you as Gabriella." Ms Jenn said.
"I'm fine. I've wanted this role since I can talk, I'm not gonna give up on it. Don't worry Ms Jenn, I won't let you down." I said.
"I know you won't." Ms Jenn smiled.
I started to head out.
"Hey Nini!" Ricky called out.
"Hi Ricky!" I said.
"You want to come over to my house to run lines today?" Ricky asked.
"I'd love to! But I have a bit of homework I have to finish first." I said.
"You can bring it over. I have some homework too, so we can do them first then run lines." Ricky suggested.
"Ok." I said.
Ricky opened the door for me.
"After you mam." Ricky said.
"Thank you kind sir." I said giggling.
