"What was it you needed to tell me?" you asked Loki as the three of you strolled to the elevator.
"Oh, I was going to inform you that Tony ordered you to begin training."
"Training?" you question.
"Well, he thinks as your soulmate, and everyone else's here, you should join the Avengers. Though that is your decision to make."
"He thinks I'm not capable now?" you ask with irritation.
"He wants to test your powers before putting you in the field. Also, everyone wants to see just how strong you are. Asgardian stone is quite hard to break through, you know." Loki elegantly strode to the button, pressing it and waiting for the elevator to rise. They still amazed you. The technology on Asgard was magical but there wasn't as much, here it was abundant and more practical.
"My powers? What if I'm not even sure of what they used to be?" You ask with concern.
"Then we will find out I presume. Stark is an intelligent man, he will know how to test you." That was a true compliment coming from Loki.
The doors to the elevator finally open, and you step inside. The last you had been in the elevator, the stomach-dropping beginning to the descent had caught you off guard.
"Who will be there?" you ask as you descend.
"Me and Wanda probably, perhaps the other Doctor too. The three of us are the magic wielders on or linked to the Avengers. Wanda will especially be able to tell if there is something you have deep underneath."
"Wanda is the wannabe pretty boy's sister right?" you ask.
Peter cracks up as Loki nods to confirm.
"We're heading to breakfast first though. Even Asgardians need to eat," Loki states blandly. "I wish we could head straight there in full honesty, breakfast is most boring."
"But I want food," Peter complains.
"And that is where we are heading," Loki mocks Peter's attitude.
Stepping out from the elevator into the kitchen, you noticed a lady. She had red hair the color of the Asgard horse you dearly loved during your short stay there. She wore tight clothing concealed by a red leather jacket. Maybe that was her favorite color?
She instantly noticed the change in emotion and inner dialogue. There was a new voice, sweet and smooth. Yet it sounded pained and trapped from within. As you watched her the woman met your eyes. A spark raced up your arm to your collarbone.
