•✧ JENNIE'S POV ✧•

"Sit in the car I'll be back after locking the doors." - Taehyung spoke as he closed the trunk of the car and turned towards Jennie, who was standing beside him with a small smile on her face.

"Sure." - She stepped towards the front door of the car as she sat inside the passenger seat and waited for him to come back.

Jennie was excited yet a little nervous since she wasn't used to staying at other's houses, she didn't have any friends nor did she ever have a boyfriend so everything was quite new to her, but she couldn't deny the fact that she was pretty overjoyed about the quality time she would be able to spend with him.

A soft sigh escaped her mouth, her eyes diverted outside as she noticed the weather was changing. It seemed like it would either rain or snow, it was almost December already so winter was on its peak.

Without her noticing Taehyung came back and opened the driving-seat door, he sat inside making Jennie turn towards him as she fixed her dress and fastened the seatbelt while he did the same. He turned the car's engine on and glanced at Jennie who was looking outside the windshield while fiddling with her fingers out of nervousness.

He quietly placed his hand on top of hers as he took her tiny palm and locked his fingers with her, without saying anything he kissed the back of her hand as she stared at him with a beautiful smile on her face. The smile that made her eyes become small, the smile that only he could bring out on her lips.

"Shall we go?" - He asked, earning a nod in return as he let go of her hand to pull the gear before he drove off.

The ride was silent, Taehyung was focused on driving while keeping his hand on her exposed leg and Jennie had her head leaned onto the window. She was tired and was fighting the urge to fall asleep as her eyelids were getting heavier.

"You should take a nap, the ride is gonna be quite long." - He spoke, noticing how tired she was looking.

"Wouldn't you get bored?" - He chuckled while shaking his head.

"Of course not. You're beside me and that's enough." - She exhaled heavily and finally closed her eyelids, taking not even a minute to fall asleep as he smiled upon seeing her adorable sleepy face.

"Sleep well."

The car came to a stop as the signal in front of them turned red, his orbs shifted towards her as she started moving and suddenly opened her eyes. It had been only 20 minutes since she fell asleep.

"What's wrong, love?" - She groaned in response as she massaged her neck, it had started paining because of the uncomfortable sleeping posture.

"Owh, my neck-" - He chuckled and extended his arm towards her as he gently rubbed the back of her neck, easing the pain as she threw her head down to let him massage it.

"Better?" - She hummed in response and sat up straight as she grabbed his hand and placed it on her thigh again.

"How far do you live, Tae?" - She asked, he tapped his fingers on the steering wheel as he answered.
