chapter 1

[Jackie's P.O.V]

When I woke up it was 8:10 A.M. I went to the bathroom.

Since I'm done with school for the summer, I don't have anything to do. I just

recently turned 18. Maybe I should go for a run. I haven't released my Wolfe in a

week. Before that I should go to the shop down the street and get some coffee.

When i walked in the shop, everyone seemed busy talking or doing

something. I walked to the cashier and ordered my drink. After I paid for it, I

made my way to a table near the window so that my back was to the door.

All of a sudden I felt my wolf go awake. She was jumping up and down in

excitement like she just saw something she wanted. I just ignored her. She gets

excited for nothing sometimes.

All of a sudden the whole shop went quite and their attention was to the door.

I didn't notice that 2 boys walked in. Now I definitely couldn't control my wolf.

' Alicia calm the fuck down' I told her. She took my advice and calmed down a

little but she was still jumping up and down but this time it was less than

before.

I took a glance at who was behind me and it was that fucker. It was the ass

and hole. It was the Alpha's son Conner and his best friend Justin. It was like i

could hear my own heart beat. GOD, why do they have to be in the same Shop

as me? I couldn't control my wolf anymore and she just keeps screaming for me

look at them again. I can't!

I didn't look at them because looking at these two assholes would hurt my

eyes. All of a sudden I felt someone was behind me. I didn't dare to turn

around. My Wolfe was screaming 'mate.. mate.. mate' I couldn't calm her down. 

Right then I feared to turn around even more. I don't want a mate. He smelled

so good. I knew who that smell belonged to.

It was Conner.

Conner was the boy every girl wants and he was arrogant and possessive and a

Jerk... The list could go on all day. From the stories I've heard of him he

scared me.

I felt like I had to turn around at some point to look at him but I was just not

ready. I'm going to leave the shop without looking at him. I took two quick

breaths before I got up and rushed out the door. I made sure to look at the floor

the whole time I made it to my car. Once I was in my car I closed the door and

locked it, then I started to dive. In the rear view mirror I noticed Conner looking

at me with a sad and hurt expression.

I DON'T WANT A MATE! I kept repeating to my Wolfe while on our way home.
