Chapter 5- Conceited

Con·ceit·ed [kənˈsēdəd] is defined as excessively proud of oneself; vain because Paisley was proud of the business she created with her company called PKCosmetics®™.

Who else was conceited was Drew because he boosted his acting career again after taking a break from acting to focus on family, marriage, and paying child support for Kinsley. Drew and Paisley's marriage has gotten better after things settled down for them.

Unfortunately, Vinnie and Gracie divorced after he cheated on her with her coworker. Conceited wasn't Vinnie because he wasn't proud of himself after he cheated a ruin their marriage that was stable. Gracie was conceited because she was happy to get out of the marriage after things started getting physical and verbal at home she is still working things out with Vinnie and they've somewhat started dating again with a fresh start because they needed to be there for their kids.

Kinsley was conceited because she was proud that she was getting Drew's money every month for child support and spending money but Cameron and Kinsley got married in the span of all of this mess. Cameron on the other hand has been keeping himself out of the drama because he didn't want to ruin things with Drew.

"Happy birthday sweetie," Paisley says to her husband of 9 years.

"Thanks, baby," kissing her on the cheek

"34 years old, damn I'm getting old," laughing.

"You're not old dad, you're still young to us," Drew Jr says.

"Hey are y'all supposed to be heading to school now," he says to them.

"Yeah," Lola Grace answered his question.

The triplets left for school and Paisley carried Rylee to daycare. Drew enjoyed his birthday no matter how old he gets he will forever feel young. But on the other hand, Paisley hated birthdays planning them, having a budget, and decorating part of birthdays because she was a fan of not having to do all the things for a birthday.

The last time she planned a birthday for Drew was when they were younger and Drew cheated on her that day too. And it was also her birthday that day he cheated and the day she told him she was pregnant. She never enjoyed celebrating their birthdays ever since that day he cheated.

What shocked Paisley was Drew forgetting their anniversary is next week. She tries to forget her anniversary on most occasions because of the incident. But she wants to surprise him after he gets back from work tonight she wants this night to be special.

Drew loves his birthday because he got to share it with his wife and he knew about their anniversary this week so he has been meeting up with his second closest friend Sebastian to plan the huge anniversary surprise for Paisley out of respect for cheating on her 10 years ago with Kinsley and plans to repropose to her because Paisley always talked about renewing her vows with Drew.

"Bro, do you think this is a good idea?" Sebastian says to Drew

"Because it's not like you cheated on her 10 years ago with Kinsley"

"Funny but Paisley has always wanted to renew her vows with me since we got married 10 years ago but you've got a point I did cheat on her 10 years ago with Kinsley but it is not as terrible as my sisters' marriage with her ex-husband who cheated on her with her co-worker and had to find out the harder way,"  Drew says to Sebastian

"Which co-worker?" he asks his best friend

"Natasha?" Drew says to him

"Which Natasha?" "Natasha with the big tits, Natasha with the big ass, or Natasha with both a big ass and tits," he says to him
