Sundrop patiently waited in his room. His bed was covered with a thick, big, and red blanket. His pillows were pure white. The bed frame was golden wood. He looked out the window and stared beyond the city.

The city was surrounded by nature. His temple was outside the city, near a mountain. So it was always quiet and peaceful. Well, only at night. People would drive, of fly from all over the world to visit the city of magic.

It was basically a home of all the magical creatures left, but not only that. His temple had become sort of an attraction. A place tourist could visit, and ofcourse, make offerings if they wanted.

They would come in, make offerings, and he would give happiness. He didn't mind it, he actually loved seeing people from around the world, especially children.

Not only did they brought so much happy energy for him, but they were so joyful. Unlike adults they didn't need happiness because they were still innocent to the real world. Ofcourse some would lose their happines eventually and come to him for it, but he just enjoy the moments with them.

Sundrop didn't just heal the empty people like nothing. He would search deep within their soul, their spirit. He would talk to them, make themselves be found. He didn't really gave them happines, he would just dig it right back up and they were happy again, but the people didn't need to know that.

Sundrop flopped right back into his bed, he was bored of waiting, he was only ever allowed to go outside during the day. Even in the hottest nights he was not allowed to leave.

People believed since the Moon God only comes out at night, he would make the warm night air into cold. Which is why sundrop was kept inside at night.

He honestly didn't remember Moondrop much, only that he created him and took care of him as best as he could while his temple was being built. People even told him he made his pyramid warm for him. They said he had torches and fires everywhere so that he could be warm.

He felt bad, because of him, moondrop had been very weak and he even took care of him. All while he had to stay away to keep himself cool to not pass out.

This ment they didn't interact much. Sundrop really wanted to properly meet Moondrop. He could call him, but he didn't have his number! So how was that gonna help. Did moondrop even have a phone?

He is centuries old and he himself was created when technology started developing. Did he keep up with the latest tech? Sundrop kept asking himself questions until he heard knocking from his door.

He quickly sat up and brushed himself off.

"Come in!"

"My lord, the children are here, they are waiting just outside the throne room" spoke a woman.

Sundrop's face immediately lit up with joy. His yellow hair lit on fire, the pots that had flowers in them bloomed. The woman coverd her eyes from the blinding light.

Sundrop noticed his assistant's distress and immediately stopped. "Oh I'm sorry Chica! I didn't mean to!" He rushed over to her and checked if she was alright.

"It's alright, I mean, it is your power to shine, give happines and life. It's not your fault your fire is so bright" She smiled as she placed her arms down from her face.

The God smiled, his worry disappeared. "Okay, let's go. I can't wait to see their adorable smiles!" He clapped his hands together with excitement. "Ah yes, I still find it weird that you can consume food, yet you also consume people's offerings" Chica wondered.

"Well that's because food is like a snack, it will give me energy, but just a litte. Unlike the offerings, they are like the meal. Offerings have meaning. Which gives me the ability to turn them into energy for me to consume." He explained.

Chica nodded in understanding. The only way to make her understand anything complicated was to involve food in the explanation. They countinued speaking to eachother until they made it to the throne room.

Sundrop stared intensely at the throne. "Do I really have to sit on it everytime someone comes in? Can't I just stand and greet them?" He spoke as he climbed up the few steps and settled into the leather of the throne.

"No because you have keep yourself conpeled and you have the habit of attacking people" sundrop looked over to where the voice came from.

"I don't attack them Freddy! I just kinda get over excited to see other people." He pouted. He crossed his legs and arms. He honesty didn't think the throne was needed.

Yea sure he was a God but he was still kinda a person, was he not? Freddy looked over at sundrop. He didn't like seeing his friend mad and sad. People were always nervous meeting The Sun God in person. That's why sundrop hated the throne. It made him seem as superior and scary to others. Which was something he did not like.

Except children, which is why he loved it so much. They never got nervous about meeting him. They would climb all over him without worry.

"You can let them in now" sundrop spoke. Freddy went over the giant doors and opened them. Once opened, a lady came in with a class full of kids. Sundrop's anger immediately vanished and he stood up.

Chica was about to sit him back down before children tackled the God. Sundrop fell back into the throne. He laughed alongside the children.

Freddy moved over towards the teacher. He noticed how the poor teacher was distressed as the children climbed all over the Sun God.

"K-kids! Settle down please! Oh my lord I'm so sorry" the teacher quickly ran over to try and remove the children. She managed to get two kids off sundrop, but there was still too many.

Freddy rushed over to help out.

"Leave them! Leave them! It's fine!" The teacher looked stunned but nodded nervously. Sundrop laughed and some kids began taking out gifts they had made for the Sun God.
